[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a three-layer drying cloth for paper, fiber, etc., and particularly for a belt-like drying cloth used when paper or cotton is transported or subjected to processing such as heating and drying during transportation. It concerns drying cloth.

The properties required for this type of drying cloth are that it is strong, dimensionally stable, and does not deform during use, and that it is hard enough to prevent wrinkles, and that the belt does not meander while it is running. Furthermore, since it is often used in processes that involve the generation of water vapor, it must also have air permeability.

However, conventional drying fabrics of this type are generally composed of a combination of a single layer of mesh structure fabric and a single layer of flexible surface fabric, and as a result, the fastness of this paper, fiber, etc. drying fabric is reduced due to its use. It has been difficult to satisfy all of the above-mentioned properties required of a drying cloth over a long period of use.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and by making the drying cloth a three-layer fabric consisting of a combination of a double mesh structure and a torn diagonal weave structure with a flexible surface and a smooth surface, it is possible to use it for a long time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new dry cloth made of paper, fiber, etc., which is strong and hard to deform, has a flexible surface, does not cause marks on processed textile products, and has air permeability. be.

In particular, considering heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, etc., yarns are mainly made of polyester, polyacrylic, or in some cases polyamide, etc., and blended yarns of these fibers may be used, but preferably polyacrylic fibers or polyester fibers are used. Use a metric count of 2.0 to io, o's.

For the weft yarns in the second and third layers, it is preferable to use monofilaments made of the same material and approximately the same thickness as the warp yarns from the viewpoint of the balance of the textile structure, but in some cases, the range of Wakako thickness may be shifted, and the material may be different from the warp yarns. Monofilaments of different materials may also be used.

Furthermore, the combination of the warp and weft yarns of the first layer A is determined at the knuckle point at the point where each warp yarn (for example, warp yarn 10') intersects with the weft yarn (for example, weft yarn 5) in order to act on and loosen the material to be processed such as paper and fibers. (for example, reference numeral K) is configured to be lower than the thread surface (for example, reference numeral F) of adjacent weft threads (for example, weft threads 4 and 7).

The present invention has a three-layer structure for the fabric as described above, and the first layer has a broken oblique weave structure, and the height of the knuckle of the warp at the intersection of the warp and weft of the layer surface is higher than the thread surface of the adjacent weft. Since the fabric is structured so that it is lower, the surface of the fabric becomes a flexible and smooth surface, which does not cause marks or other effects on the processed materials such as paper and fibers. Moreover, the third layer is constructed as a plain weave. In addition, the mesh structure is extremely strong due to the double mesh structure combined with the second layer, and the fabric itself is strong and stable in dimension over long-term use, and will not be deformed or wrinkled. The belt does not meander while running, and furthermore, it maintains appropriate air permeability over a long period of use, and exhibits its full performance as a drying cloth for paper, fiber, etc.

In addition, when using cloth processing conveyor cloth for textile sorting machines, or in the form of a conveyor, remove the required number of weft yarns from the ends of the cloth, make a loop with the warp yarns, and insert the core wire into the loop to separate the cloth. In some cases, the operation of creating a seam is performed, but in this case, using the fabric according to the present invention and making a loop at the end of the fabric with the second and third layers of monofilament, it is easy to make the loop and it is easy to hang it on the user's machine. It also has the feature that it is easy to pass the core wire through when making it endless.
