    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 機関排気系に介設される消音器等の一部に多孔質吸音材
    を備えてなる自動車の排気消音装置において、上記多孔
    質吸音材が一定容積当りの多孔率が高い疎部と、同じく
    多孔率が低い密部とを有していることを特徴とする自動
    車の排気消音装置。
