BACKGROUND ART It is known that a hard decorative material having a wood grain pattern or the like is adhered to the surface of a steel plate used for a structural member of steel furniture, etc., and the decorative material gives the steel furniture a woody feel. Therefore, as a method for this purpose, for example, since the decorative material to be attached is hard, the subordinate structure may be made by attaching a part to be attached to the curved part to a flat part such as a steel plate having an appropriate curved part. A flat decorative material is pasted in advance, and in the next step, the unattached portion of the decorative material is heated and pressed with a roller or the like to follow the curved surface of the steel plate, etc. while being bent. I'm looking for a way to wear it.

However, in the conventional method described above, in order to press and adhere the unattached portion of the hard decorative laminate to the curved surface of a steel plate, etc., a heating device is used to heat and soften the unattached portion of the decorative material. , a heating press-bending mechanism including a press-bending roll device that bends and presses the portion of the decorative material softened by the device so as to follow the curved surface of the steel plate, etc., is disposed along the curved surface of the steel plate, etc.; There are many difficulties because the curved surface of the steel plate and the unattached portion of the decorative material must be applied to the mechanical section and moved along the installation direction of the roll device.

In other words, the decorative material that is bent and pasted onto a curved surface of a steel plate or the like is passed through a heating device section sequentially from the leading end to the rear end to be softened, and the arrangement angles are successively changed. Since the decorative board is passed through a roll device, the heating to soften the decorative board cannot be applied to the entire target area at the same time, so the heating condition tends to be uneven. The whole part is not bent at the same time so that the parts overlap, but the unattached part is bent sequentially from one end to the other by roll devices arranged at different angles, so the adhesion state is uneven throughout. Moreover, there are drawbacks such as the possibility of uncertainty.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional method, the bending and pasting of the decorative material is carried out sequentially along the longitudinal direction of the curved surface of the steel plate, etc. Post-pressurization and cooling means for fixing the state cannot be incorporated into the heat-pressing and bending mechanism, and therefore, the apparatus as a whole has to be large-scale with a high space occupancy rate. If the shape such as the curvature of the curved surface of the steel plate or the like to be pasted differs, the position of the press-bending roll device in the heating press-bending mechanism and the arrangement angle of each roll must be changed accordingly. Therefore, there are also drawbacks such as the lack of versatility of the device. The present invention has been made for the purpose of providing a method for attaching a hard, flat decorative material to a curved surface of a steel plate, etc., without the drawbacks of the above-mentioned conventional methods. In this construction, an adjustable pressure fluid is sealed inside a tube that is pressure resistant and has an appropriate expandability, and a heating medium using an appropriate high temperature fluid is applied along the longitudinal direction of the tube and from both sides in the cross-sectional direction to the upper surface. A cooling medium such as low-temperature or room-temperature water can be supplied to the steel plate, etc., and a flat decorative material to be attached to the steel plate, etc., with an appropriate adhesive interposed between the two. The flat parts of both are polymerized, and the longitudinal direction of the curved surface part of the steel plate or the like on which the decorative material is polymerized is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the tube, and the decorative material is brought into contact with the upper surface of the tube. Applying a pressing force to the contact surface of the decorative material with the tube while supplying a heating medium and a cooling medium from both sides of the cross section of the tube, and applying the pressing force to the side perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the curved surface part. It is characterized by being moved.

The above members 1 to 8 and their positional relationships constitute a device and a setup for the process for adhering the hard flat decorative material 6 to the curved surface 5a of the steel plate 5 while bending. The bending and pasting of the unattached portion 6a is carried out as follows. In the state shown in Figure 1, the steel plate 5 and the decorative material 6 are pressed against the upper surface of the pipe 1 in a substantially horizontal position while their flat portions are receiving a static load 7. , Supply and enclose compressed air sufficient to support the steel plate 5, the decorative plate 6, and the static load 7 into the tube 1, so that the state of contact between the tube 1 and the decorative material 6 is a line along the longitudinal direction of the tube 1 or a minute Make surface contact. In this state, the heating medium is ejected toward the upper surface of the tube 1 from the ejection hole 3a on one side (right side in the figure) of the tube 1, and the cooling medium is ejected from the ejection hole 4a on the pond side of the tube 1. The steel plate 5 and the decorative material 6 are discharged toward the upper surface side and moved to the left in the figure with the steel plate 5 and the decorative material 6 polymerized. Since the heating medium and the cooling medium are in close contact with each other while receiving the load 7, the heating medium and the cooling medium are cut off between the tube 1 and the saddle portion of the decorative material 6.
is injected onto the surface of Therefore, the heated portion of the decorative material 6 is cooled by being sent to the cooling side while receiving the pressing force due to the static load 7 at the contact surface between the tube 1 and the decorative material 6. The bonding with the material 6 is carried out continuously. In this way, the contact portion between the pipe 1 and the decorative material 6 is connected to the steel plate 5.
When reaching the starting end of the curved surface portion 6a, as shown in FIG.
By rotating the steel plate 5 and the decorative material 6 at the center of the curvature of the steel plate 5 in the portion that contacts the pipe 1, the decorative material 6 is attached to the curved surface portion 5a while being bent. However, in this embodiment, at the beginning and rear end of the curved surface portion 5a,
Center of curvature of each part ○,. 03 as the center, and the center 02 between them, and the entire curved surface portion 5a slides on the upper surface of the tube 1 while applying a static load 7.

By doing this, the entire lengthwise direction (perpendicular to the plane of the paper) of the curved surface portion 5a extends from the female end side to the terminal end side of the curved surface portion 5a, and is continuously and sequentially subjected to the pressing force due to the static load 7, etc. passes over the surface of the tube 1, and during the passage,
The decorative material 6 is heated and softened before passing through the surface portion of the tube 1, with the contact surface with the tube 1 as a boundary, and is cooled and hardened after passing through, so that the surface portion 6a of the decorative material 6 is The entire curved surface portion 5a of the steel plate 5 is accurately adhered. Note that at this time, since the inside of the curved surface portion 5a of the steel plate 5 is filled with a shape material 8 that conforms to the cross-sectional shape of the curved surface portion 5a, the curved surface portion 5a is not deformed by the load. The above constitutes an example of the implementation of the method of the present invention for pasting a flat, hard decorative material on the curved surface of a steel plate. Cooling device 4 is integrated with steel plate 5
It may be moved along the curved surface of the curved surface portion 5a.

In this case, if a load acting in the axial direction of the support 2 of the tube 1 is applied to the saddle portion of the tube 1 that is in contact with the upper surface decorative material 6, the same effect as in the embodiment described above can be obtained. Furthermore, the same effect can be obtained even if the vertical relationship between the steel plate 5, the decorative material 6, the pipe 1, the heating device 3, and the cooling device 4 is reversed to that of the above embodiment. The method of the present invention is as described above, in which a pressure fluid is sealed inside a tube having pressure resistance and appropriate expandability, and an adhesive is interposed between the tube and a steel plate while applying a load to the decorative material. Because it makes contact with
The shape of the contact surface between the tube and the decorative material can be changed depending on the amount and pressure of the fluid sealed in the tube, and the load per unit contact surface can be arbitrarily changed. Not only can the load effect be easily adjusted, but also the tube is in close contact with the decorative material along the generatrix of the tube over the entire longitudinal length of the curved surface of the steel plate, and the close contact portion is in contact with the curved surface. Since the decorative material is moved along the same direction, there is no risk that an equal load will be sequentially applied to the decorative material and cause distortion, etc. Furthermore, the decorative material can be attached regardless of the shape of the curved surface. In this case, steam and water are sprayed as heating and cooling media before and after the contact area, which cleans the surface of the decorative material and provides a lubricating effect for relative movement between the pipe and the decorative material, thereby improving the quality of the steel plate. This is extremely useful as a method for bonding a flat hard decorative material to a curved surface while bending it.
