In the case of pin plugs as well, a stripped inner wire is usually inserted into the cylindrical inner pole and caulked. In this case, it is necessary to peel off only the outer skin without cutting the inner wire, and since the inner wire is often thin, careful work is required, which is time-consuming and increases manufacturing costs. This invention improves the manufacturing method so that the work of peeling off the outer skin can be omitted and the cost can be reduced.Examples of the invention shown in the drawings will be described below.

The pin plug is made by molding a cylindrical inner pole 2 with a pongee diameter and a cylindrical outer pole 3 with a large diameter in the same size using synthetic resin 4.
A piece 5 protrudes from the rear end of the outer pole 3, and a hole 6 is formed in the synthetic resin 4.
and a notch 7 are provided.

Recently, the cord 8 has generally been coated with a synthetic resin such as vinyl, and an outer sheath 11 is superimposed on an inner pole 10 provided with a synthetic resin sheath 9, and is further covered with an outer sheath 12. Therefore, the present invention first provides a coating 9 for the inner pole 10, as shown in FIG.
), insert the extension wire 10 into the rear end of the inner pole 2. Then, as shown in Fig. 2, the electrode 13 of the spot welding machine is inserted into the hole 6 and the notch 7, and the rear end of the inner pole 2 is clamped together with the cord, and at the same time, a current is passed between the electrodes 13. Then, a current-carrying circuit between the electrode and the inner electrode is created, and at the same time the inner electrode 2 is crushed, the synthetic resin coating 9 of the cord extension 10 melts and protrudes, and then the extension 10 and the inner electrode 2 melt and the pressing force is also applied. Together, the two are brought together. Next, outside line 1
1 in the opposite direction, stack it on the cord 8, sandwich it between the prongs 5 of the outer pole 3, swage the prongs 5 as shown in Fig. 3, and make the outer wire 11.
and fix the cord 8 to the outer pole 3.

Then, the outer pole 3 is covered with a cover 14 that has been inserted into the cord 8 in advance, and the assembly is completed. As explained above, this invention inserts the inner wire 10 into the inner hole of the inner pole 2 (with the synthetic resin coating 9 still attached), pressurizes the inner pole 2 from both sides with the electrodes 13 of a spot welding machine, and When the pole 2 is melted while being pressed and crushed, the synthetic resin coating 9 first melts and protrudes from the front and back, and the inner wire 10 and the inner pole 2 are welded together. Therefore, the work of peeling off the covering 9 of the extension wire 10 using nippers or the like becomes unnecessary, the process can be shortened, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, there is no need to remove the covering 9 of the extension 10 with nippers, etc.
At this time, a part of the pongee wire of the thin extension wire 10 is not cut, and a pin plug without wire breakage accidents can be provided.

In this way, the defective rate can be reduced and costs can be reduced. Further, the thinning of the pin plug is completed by spot welding the inner wire 10 and the inner pole 2, and caulking the cord 8, the outer wire 11, and the outer pole 3, and the number of defective parts such as poor conduction can be reduced.
