The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an architectural board that provides concealment properties between the board and the wood base material.

Also, recently WPC
When using synthetic resin-injected veneer, which is said to be a synthetic resin injected veneer, the permeability of the veneer increases significantly compared to untreated veneer, and if it is a thin veneer, it will be very difficult to use. It could not be used as such. In order to take advantage of the cosmetic properties of thin surface veneers, the problem of transparency was generally solved by using highly opaque pigments and appropriately coloring them with dyes, etc., or by using colored sheets. .

The problem was that the dyes were not easily and uniformly dispersed, forming partial clumps that could be seen through in spots. Further, when using a colored sheet, there are problems such as high cost and workability such as double pasting. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, we have created a complete product that does not use pigments, dyes, colored sheets, etc.
As a result of examining various methods, we discovered that even if adhesives are transparent after pressing, they can hide when mixed with certain types of adhesives.

-The effects of this invention cannot be obtained even if only a vinyl acetate resin adhesive is added to an olefin resin adhesive. The reason why these phenomena occur is not clear, but the Q-olefin resin adhesive used in this invention is a commonly used Q-olefin resin adhesive made of a copolymer of isobutene and maleic anhydride.
An olefin resin emulsion (commonly known as Kuratatsuku) may be used, and the melamine resin adhesive or melamine melamine co-condensed resin adhesive may be a general plywood or secondary adhesive adhesive made of melamine or melamine fused with formalin. do not have. These compounding ratios allow 100 parts of Q-olefin resin adhesive to be mixed with other adhesives from 2 parts to about 40 parts, and since the mixing ratio is large, it is possible to freely mix from the viewpoint of workability and cost. you can choose,
It's convenient. In this way, since the adhesives are simply mixed together, a constant color and a constant opacity can always be obtained, and there will be no difference in color or uneven opacity. It should be noted that there is no problem in adding any of the commonly used curing agents, some water resistance improvers, weather resistance improvers, fillers, thickeners, etc. to the adhesive composition of the present invention. The purpose of limiting decorative veneers to softwood is that compared to hardwood veneers, softwood veneers have significantly higher permeability when made thinner, and furthermore, synthetic resin-injected veneers have even greater permeability. Therefore, it is effective to apply the present invention to these veneers.
