設する調理器において、一端に操作部を有すると共に他
端に係止片を有しかつ中間部両側に支え片を突設するク
ランプレバ−と、上記蓋主体に一体で上記支え片を受け
てクランプレバ−を揺動自在に支持する一対の支承部と
、上記蓋カバーにあって該蓋カバーを蓋主体に結合した
時にクランプレバ−の揺動範囲を規制する揺動規制部と
、クランプレバ−の揺動範囲を規制した状態において支
え片の支承部からの離脱を阻止する、上記蓋主体に一体
に設けた離脱阻止部と、器具本体側にあってクランプレ
バ−の揺動により該レバーの係止片が係脱する突起と、
クランプレバ−を常時係止片の係合方向に付勢するスプ
リングとを具備してなることを特徴とする調理器のクラ
