[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to cardboard, and more specifically, to cardboard for forming so-called cardboard boxes for storing and transporting electrical products, vegetables, dry goods, etc. It has a structure in which a synthetic resin plate having an appropriate thickness is attached to the outer surface of corrugated cardboard that becomes the outer surface when bent and formed, and a plurality of small holes are perforated in the synthetic resin plate. By having a structure in which the inner paper and the inner paper of the corrugated paperboard are also perforated with holes of appropriate size, it has appropriate air permeability and is resistant to water during transportation. The purpose is to provide a strong corrugated board.

However, the above-mentioned corrugated cardboard is made of so-called paperboard, and may be exposed to the rain while being piled up in the open during transportation, or as part of a hood installed to cover the truck bed during truck transportation. If the cardboard rolls up due to strong winds, or rainwater seeps through gaps in the joints of the clothing hood, the cardboard gets wet. In the worst case scenario, the product stored inside the cardboard gets wet, and the functionality of the product deteriorates. Accidents such as damage to the equipment were occurring frequently.

In addition, the Ode to Utility Model Publication No. 55-1626 states, ``The box body is formed from corrugated paper or paperboard laminated with an arbitrary layer of plastic thin film, and vapor diffusion holes are bored in the box body. An application has been disclosed for a box for keeping fruits and vegetables fresh, which has a temperature-adjusting moisture-absorbing material placed inside the body.
Rainwater, etc., entered the cardboard box through the vapor diffusion holes and wet the product.

Therefore, there has been a strong desire for a cardboard box that will not cause damage to the cardboard box and the products stored therein due to water exposure.

In addition, in order to prevent such water from getting wet, it is also possible to wrap the outside of the corrugated box in a plastic bag for transportation, but this is time-consuming and naturally increases the cost, which is very perplexing. In addition to the above-mentioned demands, there has been a strong desire for a corrugated board that is resistant to water and can be easily and quickly packed into boxes.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention.
The figure is an external perspective view of a cardboard box formed using the cardboard of the present invention, Figure 2 is a vertical sectional view of the same part, and Figure 3 is an enlarged view of the main part of Figure 1, as shown in Figure 2. The surface of a corrugated board 10, that is, a box, is constructed by pasting a corrugated inner paper 3 made of cardboard or the like between an inner paper 4 and an outer paper 2 made of cardboard or the like using glue or the like. For example, 0.5~
A synthetic resin plate (for example, a sheet of polyethylene, vinyl chloride, etc. with a thickness of several tens to hundreds of microns) with a plurality of small holes 5, 5... having a diameter of one cabinet is glued with an appropriate adhesive. A cardboard box 11 is formed using such cardboard, and through-holes 12 are also provided in the inner paper 3 and the inner paper 4 of the cardboard.

Therefore, if various items are stored and transported using the cardboard box 11 formed of the cardboard of the present invention, if the items are accidentally hit by rainwater during transportation, they will not stick to the outer surface. The synthetic resin prevents rainwater from entering the inside of the cardboard box, and therefore the products housed inside the cardboard box are naturally protected from water. Through the paper 2, the small holes 5 and 12 become communication holes, and the outer paper 2 serves as a kind of filter, resulting in a corrugated box with appropriate air permeability.

Also, at this time, if the small holes drilled in the synthetic resin board are made in the shape of flowers, etc., as shown in FIG. The colors create an elegant flower pattern that imitates the shape of the cardboard, making it more marketable.

As described above, the present invention has a structure in which a synthetic resin plate having an appropriate thickness is adhered to the outer surface of corrugated paper which becomes the outer surface when bent into a box shape. By having a structure in which multiple small holes are perforated in the board, and holes are also provided in the inner paper and inner paper of the corrugated paperboard,
A cardboard box that can protect the cardboard and the products housed in the cardboard from water even in the event of an accidental water exposure during transportation, etc., and that has appropriate ventilation with only the ventilation resistance of a single sheet of outer paper. Can be made of cardboard.
