In recent years, courier services and parcels have become widely used not only for business purposes, but also for transporting small packages at home and offices, and many cardboard boxes of various sizes have come to be used to organize items and documents. However, unused cardboard boxes are folded flat and sold as a flat plate, making them large and extremely inconvenient to carry and store. Therefore, proposals have been made to make this cardboard box foldable into a smaller size, but there are still few that are satisfactory.

The present invention uses single-sided corrugated cardboard, connects the side plates of the container through fold lines that intersect with the corrugated direction of the core base paper, connects both ends, and connects flaps to the top and bottom of each side plate through fold lines, respectively. This is extended, folded, and wound in the waveform direction to form a columnar shape to obtain a compact, easy-to-handle, and durable product.

To describe an example below, a single-sided corrugated board 3 in which a corrugated core base paper 2 is laminated to a liner paper 1,
A fold line 4 extending in the direction along the wavy ridges of the center core,
Side plates 8, 9, 10, 11 sequentially via 5, 6, 7
and a glue margin 12 are provided, and the glue margin 12 is fixed and connected to the side edge of the side plate 8 using adhesive, stitch wire, adhesive tape, etc. so that the corrugated shape appears on the outside surface to form a cylindrical shape. Above and below the side plate are folded lines 1 extending in a direction perpendicular to the ridges and parallel to each other.
3, 14 through upper flaps 15, 16, 1
7, 18 and lower flaps 19, 20, 21, 2
2, and the cutting lines 23, 24, 25 and 26, 27, 2, which are extensions of the broken lines 4, 5, 6,
8 is a cutting line. If this cylindrical object is folded at appropriately opposing positions of the above-mentioned fold lines 4, 5, 6, and 7, it can be made into a flat plate, and then rolled from the side in the direction in which the corrugated core extends. and,
The folded liner paper sticks together and is rolled into a small column. This pillar-shaped object can be stored in this state by inserting it into a circular plastic film 29, wrapping it with tape, or hanging it with a string or rubber band, and then selling it without taking up much space. It is convenient and easy to carry.

When using this, unfold the column-shaped product, fold the top and bottom flaps, and secure with duct tape, stitch wire, etc. to create a bottom.Place the item inside, fold the lid flap, and use the usual method. Seal the container to ensure that the items inside are protected.

In the case shown, the corrugated core base paper is on the outside of the container, but it may be more preferable to use strong paper for the core, or to use one that has been waterproofed or coated with plastic. In addition to paper, this single-sided corrugated board can also be made of plastic corrugated board.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and the liner paper 1
The material is single-sided corrugated cardboard with a corrugated core base paper 2 pasted on it, and the fold lines 4, 5, extending in the direction of the corrugated ridges are
side plates 8, 9, 1 of the container laterally through 6, 7;
0 and 11 are arranged in series, and flaps are formed at the top and bottom of the side plates 8, 9, 10, and 11 via fold lines 13 and 14, and both sides are connected so that the corrugated core base paper 2 of the top and bottom single-sided corrugated cardboard is exposed on the outside. side plates 8 and 11 are installed in series,
The cardboard container is folded into a flat plate along the ridges, rolled up from the side to form a column, and then tightened in the rolled state, so when not in use, the cardboard container becomes a column-shaped roll and can be compacted. It does not take up much storage space and is easy to handle.In this case, the side plates 8 on both sides, so that the core paper 2 is exposed on the outside,
Since the liner paper 1 is connected and rolled up, the liner paper 1 is stacked closely together and the whole can be rolled up into a small diameter.Furthermore, if the fastening part is released and unfolded, and the upper and lower flaps are folded, it can be rolled up normally. A corrugated cardboard container is obtained and can be used in a conventional manner.
