DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to printing ink, which is used to print characters and figures in a color different from the color of the fabric on the surface of molded products such as food products and pharmaceutical products (hereinafter referred to as Zenigata products). The purpose is to obtain ink used for industrially advantageous printing of patterns, etc.

As is well known, the main material of tablet-shaped products is crystalline glucose and/or sugar, which is homogeneously mixed with starch, lactose, fructose, organic acids, flavorings, pigments, vitamins, etc. as accessory materials. They are plate-like, square-shaped, elliptical, perfectly circular, and elliptical.

Many attempts have been made to add letters, symbols, figures, patterns, etc. to the surface of the material in order to clarify its purpose and improve its commercial value by giving it an aesthetic appearance. However, no suitable printing ink has been found for this purpose.

Commercially available printing inks generally dry slowly after printing, have patterns,
It has drawbacks such as contamination of figures (so-called tearing and sagging), difficulty in applying the desired color, and discoloration over time. The present invention is free from such drawbacks and will be described in detail below.

~20% (by weight, same hereinafter) may be sufficient. Within this range, the optimum value cannot be expressed uniquely because it varies depending on the type of phospholipid, fatty oil and/or unsaturated fatty acid employed. So, to explain with a specific example,
When using lecithin and blending it with rapeseed oil, the amount of lecithin used is preferably in the range of 70 to 35%. Fatty oils may be of any origin. Specifically, either vegetable oil or animal oil can be used. Examples of such oils include rapeseed oil, sesame oil, soybean oil, saury oil, squid oil, sardine oil, and whale oil. Among these, vegetable oils are particularly suitable for the purpose. This is because vegetable oils have a more regular fatty acid composition than animal oils. Unsaturated fatty acids can be used in place of fatty oils.

Examples of unsaturated fatty acids include oleic acid, IJ nolic acid, linolenic acid, sibiic acid, and others. When unsaturated fatty acids are used instead of fatty oils, there is an advantage that the obtained target product has good color development. Fatty oils and unsaturated fatty acids can be used together.

When used together, the mixing ratio of both is arbitrary. The amount of fatty oil and/or unsaturated fatty acid used is preferably 30 to 80% of the target product. When lecithin is used as the phospholipid and linoleic acid is used as the unsaturated fatty acid, it is advantageous to mix 55 to 40% of the former and 45 to 60% of the latter. The homogeneous mixture of fatty oils and/or unsaturated fatty acids and phospholipids can be blended with food coloring to improve the color effect. As the food coloring, both natural and synthetic types can be used, but among these, lake colorings are particularly useful. Lake pigments are
This is because there is no browning over time after printing and there are advantages in that the brightness and saturation are particularly excellent. Ethanol can be added as a homogeneous blend to a homogeneous mixture of phospholipids and fatty oils and/or unsaturated fatty acids.

This is because it has the advantage of facilitating the drying of the intended printing ink after printing and reducing the occurrence of contamination of patterns and the like. Therefore, it is desirable that ethanol be anhydrous or have as low a water content as possible. Items that contain substances with high water content are
The hue, brightness, etc. of patterns after printing are affected by dissolved oxygen in moisture.
This is because the drying rate is likely to change, and as drying is delayed, so-called weeping is likely to occur. This invention has now achieved its purpose. The printing ink of this invention has excellent quality and is easy to obtain. ■The main materials are all extremely easily available, and their formulation does not require any special process or reaction. ■During printing, so-called tearing is less likely to occur. ■Drying after printing is extremely appropriate.
■The colors are clear and have excellent hue, brightness, and saturation. ■Excellent compatibility with tablet-shaped materials. The ink of this invention can be used not only for coins but also for ice cream.

However, when a homogeneous ink made of a mixture of 50% linoleic acid, 50% lecithin, and 50% water was used, drying was slow and tearing occurred. Example 3 A mirror-shaped object made of the formulation of Example 2 was printed using the same printing machine with an ink made of the same ink mixed with 1% anhydrous ethanol, and it dried well and did not cause weeping. ,
Moreover, no silver color was observed.
