    体よりなる内側回転筒体、 （ロ）内側回転筒体の外周面に所要円周ピッチでかつ軸
    線方向に縦設した複数のフィン、 （ハ）同内側筒体のまわりに同心円的に固設され、かつ
    周壁の一部に空気流出口を有する外側固定筒体、 とよりなる原海藻脱水乾燥機。
