Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は管の端面削りおよび面取り加工を行なう工具に
関するものである。

従来、管の端部を加工する場合、端面を切削するには第
1図に示すような工具、また面取り加工を行うには第2
図に示すような工具が用いられている。

すなわち、第1図に示す工具は管01の端面を加工する
エンドミル02であり第2図に示す工具は管01の内面
に面取り加工を行うフライス工具03である。

このような工具を用いて行う加工では加工工程が2工程

本考案は上記不具合に鑑み、1工程で管の端面削りと面
取り加工とが行える工具を提供しようとするもので、ホ
ルダ回転軸に対して直角な切刃を有する端面制用刃具を
ホルダ端面から突出させて固定し、ホルダ回転軸に対し
て傾斜した切刃を有する面取り用刃具をホルダ軸線方向
に摺動可能に且つ抜は止めして設け、該面取り用刃具を
摺動力向に付勢するばねを設けて構成した工具である。
