[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to improvements in impact plates for fenders, and in particular to an anti-friction device for preventing peeling of paint on a ship's hull and damage to the impact plates themselves due to contact with the impact plates. .

Today, fenders made of com in various shapes are installed on the quay walls of ports and shipyards in order to prevent damage to the hull and quay walls caused by impacts when a ship approaches the berth.

In order to reduce the contact pressure per unit area with the ship's hull as much as possible, these anti-glare materials are equipped with a protective member called a receiving plate on the impact receiving surface of the fender. Furthermore, a plastic pad made of polyethylene, polyamide, tetrafluoroethylene, etc., or a comb elastic pad is attached to the surface of the impact plate in order to prevent damage to the hull itself and the impact plate due to friction with the hull. .

However, even with this method, the hull of a ship moored in a dock for a long time, especially for ant control, is constantly rocked by waves until the work is completed, and the surface of the impact plate of the fender is affected. As a result, the surface of the impact plate is subject to strong friction and wear damage due to deposits such as rust, dirt, and shells on the hull, as well as protrusions such as rivets 1 and weld lines. The parts also suffer damage such as peeling of the paint on the surface.

Conventionally, when berthed for a long period for purposes such as ant control, water spray pipes were attached to the top of the impact board as shown in Figure 3, and water was constantly sprayed towards the hull. Most of the water flowing down wastefully flows down along the periphery of the impact plate, making it impossible to form a sufficient water film between the hull and the surface of the impact plate. It's not showing its full potential.

On the other hand, pads made from combs are prone to tearing and abrasion damage due to the abrasion caused by the protrusions mentioned above due to the large frictional resistance and flexibility unique to combs, so recently they have been replaced with plastic pads. This is the reality.

However, according to the study results of the present inventors, even if the pad is made from Com, it is important to appropriately select the hardness of the rubber used.
And by adding appropriate auxiliary means, the above-mentioned drawbacks can be overcome, and furthermore, when the surface gets wet,
It was found that even better anti-friction effects could be exhibited.

The present invention provides a solution to the problem of preventing damage to the impact board pads caused by friction with the hull above, and as a means to achieve this, the impact board pads are constructed of a hard rubber elastic material. In addition, the main feature is that the bat is movably attached to the impact plate body via a cushion body made of a softer rubber elastic body.

As a result, among the factors that cause frictional force on the rubber surface, at least adhesive friction (which acts in proportion to the actual contact area) can be significantly reduced, and damage to the hull can be prevented.

However, the hard comb on the mole is much softer than conventional plastic pads and retains a small amount of rubber elasticity, so it works in conjunction with the cushion layer described below to prevent hull paint from being scratched. I am trying my best to prevent it from peeling off.

According to the present invention, the upper hard comb pad is movably attached to the impact plate main body via a cushion body made of a comb elastic material that is softer than the comb material of the pad, preferably sufficiently soft.

As shown in FIG. 1, the hard rubber pad attached to the impact plate main body via this cushion body moves backward according to the unevenness of the hull as the cushion body deforms.

Therefore, it is possible to completely prevent an inconvenient situation in which the pad is locally subjected to strong stress concentration due to a protrusion of the hull, and crack damage occurs in that area.

When the present invention is put into practice, the pad is made of a hard comb elastic body as described above, and small holes are bored in the pad and the cushion body as shown in the illustrated example in FIG. By facing the nozzle of the hose and forming a water film over the entire surface of the pad during use, it is possible to more effectively prevent damage to the pad itself from tearing and cracking, as well as peeling off the paint on the hull.

Each pad 3 is constructed by inserting a bolt 6 into through holes 3a and 4a that are slightly larger than the bolt diameter in the pad and each cushion body 4, and then tightening the tip of the bolt 6 with a nut 6a through a rubber washer 5. By being fixed to the upper plate 2a of the impact receiving plate 2, it is movably attached to the impact receiving plate 2.

In this example device, if high-pressure seawater is spouted from the nozzle 8 as necessary, a water film is evenly formed on the surface of each hard comb pad 3. This combination further reduces the coefficient of friction.
