Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電子複写機に於ける複写用紙の搬送装置、特に
定着される以前のトナー画像を表面に有する複写用紙の
搬送装置に関するものである。

従来、第1図、第2図のように定着される以前のトナー
画像2をその表面にもつ複写用紙1を定着装置3′まで
搬送する手段はトナー画像面の反対側から静電気(力)
やバキューム(力)によって複写用紙1を吸引し、複写
用紙1の裏面にに嬢触しているローラー4″あるいはベ
ルト4′との摩擦力を増やしそれによって複写用紙1を
搬送するものであった。しかし、第1図に示す静電気式
の複写紙搬送装置は環境特に湿度の影響を受けて搬送力
が弱くなるし、また重送された用紙の場合にも静電的搬
送刀は弱くなる。一方、第2図に示すバキューム式の複
写紙搬送装置は装置が複雑になり、したがってそのコス
トも高いのが欠点である。

目的とくるところは従来の静電気式およびバキューム式
の複写用紙搬送装置に比べて構造が簡単になりそのコス
トも廉価になるばかりかトナー複写用紙への転写がなく
信頼性の高い電子複写機に於ける複写用紙搬送装置を提
供することにある。

のロ−ラ−3を金属で形成すると共にこのトナー画像面
側のローラー3の中を極めて小さく形成し且つトナー画
像面側のローフー3の周面を鏡面に形成し、前記クリー
ナ6のトナー画像面側のローラー3との接触位置と、ト
ナ‐画像面側のローラー3及び複写用紙非画像面側のロ
ーラー4の複写用紙1の挟持部との距離Lをできるだけ
小さく設定したことを特徴するものである。したがって
、従来の静電気式およびバキューム式の複写用紙搬送装
置に比べて構造が簡単になりそのコストも廉価にするこ
とができる。
