A traveling body that has both mixing and painting functions is run through a pipe such as a water pipe to be painted, and two types of coating materials are separately supplied to the traveling body using at least two hoses. For example, the method of mixing two types of coating materials using an axial flow pump and painting the mixed paint on the inner surface of the pipe has been in practice for a long time, and is used in construction of new water pipes or repair of existing water pipes throughout the country. However, it is desired that this method be improved in terms of preventing sag when applied to large pipes.

If the diameter is large, thick coating is required, and the tensile strength of the coating may be required, which increases the problem of sagging. In this problem, one important issue is adjusting the curing time of the mixed paint and the feeding time from the mixing position to the coating position where the inner surface of the pipe is actually painted. To solve this problem, In addition to considering various factors such as the traveling speed of the traveling body, the mixing of the two types of coating materials and their chemical reaction time, and the thickness of the coating film, the hose for the long route created by the hose for transporting the coating material must be considered. It is also necessary to consider changes in flow rate due to expansion and contraction of the fluid, fluctuations in viscous resistance, etc. Although such considerations are important and essential, they alone are not sufficient to resolve the issue. The present invention provides a two-component pipe inner surface painting method in which a traveling body having both mixing and painting functions travels through the pipe, mixes two liquids, and immediately paints the inner surface of the pipe. A two-component tube inner surface coating method characterized in that a tube bag is placed, a traveling body advances within the tube bag, and the tube bag is applied to the inner surface of the tube at the same time as painting, and its implementation. By providing an effective device, it is an object of the present invention to realize sag prevention that is free from the entanglement of the above-mentioned complicated factors.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be specifically described in detail below with reference to one embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a pipe to be painted (for example, a water pipe), 2 is a running body that runs inside the pipe, and has a plurality of sliding bands 3 around it that face in the traveling direction, such as a towing wire 4. It is pulled by the pipe and moves along the inner surface of the pipe.

As shown in FIG. 2, two types of coating materials are sent to this traveling body 2 through hoses 8 and 9, which are pushed out by a proportional high-pressure pump 7 from tanks 5 and 6 located on the ground. . The traveling body 2 is provided with a mixing function, for example, it has an axial flow pump 10, and the two types of coating materials are driven by a fluid pressure motor or an electric motor OA that is sent from the outside via a hose, dew drop 11, etc. Mixing begins in the axial flow blade 10B section. Further, the traveling body 2 is provided with a coating function, and the coating means used heretofore have been a centrifugal spraying type, a troweling type, etc., the details of which will be described later. Inside the tube 1, there is an elastic tube and a tube bag 12 as a net-like body.

The tube bag 12 is introduced into the whole pipe by pulling the stacked one as shown in FIG. ing. As a coating means, an annular lip 14 is provided at the rear of the traveling body, and if this lip 14 is formed from a front body 14B and a rear body 14A, an annular mouth is naturally formed.

This opening serves as an outlet for paint to spill out. The lip 14 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, and is in close contact with the inner surface of the tube. If the shape of the lip is appropriately shaped, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, the paint will not overflow forward, but will overflow backward. Now, this lip 14 not only serves as a paint overflow port, but also has the function of pressing the tube bag 12 evenly against the inner surface of the tube, and shaping the tube bag 12 into a tubular shape by pushing it to the full extent of the inner surface of the tube. It also has.

A separate coating device may be provided to provide the lip 14 with only the function of the tube bag. Particularly in this case, what replaces the lip 14 (hereinafter referred to as the elastic body 15) need not be a complete ring, but may be made from a plurality of bodies arranged on one cylindrical surface. However, in this case, the elastic body 15
is best located very close to the painting location. In the example shown in FIG. 1, since the elastic body 15 is the lip 14 itself, both 14 and 15 are at exactly the same position. A labyrinth board 16 is placed between the outlet of the spiral blade 10B and the outlet of the lip 14. This labyrinth board is made in the shape of a cone, for example, and has a variety of complex flow paths that repeat branching and merging as shown in Figures 4 and 5, so the mixing performance is extremely high. expensive. When the tube is divided into two by the lip 14, pressurized air can be introduced from the rear.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 2, a cap is attached to the rear end of the tube 1, and air at a constant pressure is introduced into the tube 1. With the above configuration, the tube bag 12 is inserted into the tube 1, one end of the tube bag is fixed at the female end of the tube, the traveling body 1 is placed in the tube bag, and the proportional high pressure pump is operated.

The two liquids sent through the hoses 8 and 9 are mixed and propelled by axial flow vanes, mixed well in the labyrinth disk 16, and reach the annular lip 14. When the running body starts to advance, especially the lips 1
The front body 14B of No. 4 is pressed against the tube wall, but the rear body 14
Since side A is also pushed inward, the mixed paint is naturally discharged from the overflow port to the rear side. The two types of materials are heated and fed into hoses 8 and 9 using a proportional high-pressure pump in proportion to the mixing ratio, but as expansion and contraction of the pipes cannot be avoided, the flow rate of both materials deviates from the planned amount. It tends to happen. Also, since the axial flow pump is driven by a separate drive source from the proportional high-pressure pump and is controlled to rotate at a constant speed, the total flow rate of both coating materials is quite close to the set value, but it is not completely mixed. cannot be done here. Since the paint is sufficiently mixed in the labyrinth board 16, if the speed of the traveling body and the amount of paint sent out are well adjusted, the paint will reach the lip 14.
When it is overflowed from the pipe and applied to the pipe wall, it is in an optimal curing reaction state.

Since the tube bag is expanded by the elastic body 15 and shaped into a tube, it is well embedded in the paint film that has progressed to a certain degree of hardening, and once embedded, it prevents dripping from the paint film and has a thick waist. Helps maintain its shape. In the embodiment, since the paint overflow port itself is an elastic body, the tube bag is pressed against the inner surface of the tube and simultaneously embedded in the paint. If you want to apply a thicker coat, apply air pressure from the rear. This requires only mild pressure and has the effect of creating a flat, clean surface while preventing the paint film from dripping. In addition, this pressure acts equally on the labyrinth board 16 and the rearwardly opened lip of the traveling body body, so it is effective for balancing the posture of the whole body, and the action of the internal sliding belt 3 is effective. Make luck effective. According to the present invention, which uses a tube bag in this way, it is possible to solve the problem from a different perspective than the technical difficulty of not being able to respond to the subtlety of chemical reactions, and it is possible to achieve a two-sided solution.
