Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the operability as a printing stamp by a method wherein a sheet of transfer paper formed with foaming ink is placed on a printing block and heated under pressure to be thermally compressed, and with the foaming ink made to foam and protrude, a character, a figure or the like is transferred in a protuberant state onto a transfer object. CONSTITUTION:When transfer is cnducted, transfer paper 4 is peeled off released paper 5 and placed, with a thermally-compressed film 1 down, on a transfer object 6. This transfer object 6 may be formed of an iron plate, an Al plate, a synthetic resin plate or any other material, although a material which is not denatured or deteriorated at the foaming temperature of the foaming ink 2 is preferable therefor. When the transfer paper 4 is heated, with a prescribed pressurizing action, from above by a desired heating and pressurizing means, such as an iron 7, for instance, the thermally-compressed film 1 is bonded by heat on the transfer object 6 and put in the fixed state 1', while the foaming ink 2 on the film 1 foams to be protuberant, and thus a character 3 is transferred as a character 3 being protuberant three-dimentionally. Consequently, a character 3' is formed on the surface of the transfer object 6 as if a character printed on said surface foams to be protuberant. The character 3' thus formed is employed as a stamping member for printing.

This invention was made in view of these problems, and uses foaming ink to draw characters, figures, etc. to form a transfer paper, and then places the transfer paper on an object to be transferred, that is, a stamp stand. The stamp is then placed under pressure and heated to be thermocompression-bonded, and foamed ink is applied to form a raised shape, thereby providing a stamp in which the characters, figures, etc. are transferred onto the object in a raised state.

次に、本発明の一実施例を図面に基づき説明する。Next, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.

2 is a foaming ink that foams and rises at a predetermined heating temperature. Using this foaming ink 2, characters 3 are drawn on the thermocompression adhesive film 1 by a desired printing means (not shown), and then the transfer paper is printed. Get 4. Further, a release paper 5 is attached to the transfer paper 4 to facilitate handling of the transfer paper 4.

During the transfer, the transfer paper 4 is peeled off from the release paper 5 and placed on the transfer target 6 with the thermocompression adhesive film 1 facing downward. The material to be transferred 6 may be made of any material such as an iron plate, an aluminum plate, a synthetic resin plate, a wooden board, or paper, cloth, or synthetic paper, but any material that does not denature or deteriorate at the foaming temperature of the foaming ink 2 may be used. shall be.

Next, by heating the transfer paper 4 with a predetermined pressing force using a desired heating and pressing means such as an iron 7, the thermocompression bonding film 1 is thermocompression bonded to the transfer target 6 and fixed to the state 1'. As a result, the foamable ink 2 on the thermocompression bonding film 1 is foamed and raised, and the characters 3 are transferred as three-dimensional raised characters 3'. Therefore, characters 3' are formed on the surface of the transfer object 6 as if the characters printed on the surface were foamed and raised. This is used as a seal impression member for stamps. Incidentally, during thermocompression bonding with the iron 7, an intervening plate 8 made of paper or other material may be interposed between the iron 7 and the transfer paper 4 to avoid sudden heating or to perform uniform heating.
