A concave die and a convex die were placed facing each other, and the material to be embossed was sandwiched between them and pressed.

る。The biggest problem with the conventional method is the difficulty in matching the concave and convex molds, so one end is fixed as shown in Figure 8. 2 facing vertically
A concave shape and a convex shape are pasted face-to-face on the inside of the tips of two pieces of sandwiching plate using double-sided tape or adhesive, but even if the concave and convex surfaces are pasted together, the concave shape will be convex. It has a slightly wider outline than the embossed material, and it is necessary to match the embossed material so that the gaps between the embossed parts and the embossed parts are uniform, but this is an extremely difficult task, and as a result, the embossment cannot be achieved properly. It is something that becomes.

This is an embossing method in which concave molds each having an embossed shape are placed opposite each other, and the material to be stamped is sandwiched and pressed between them.

A beautiful uniform embossing can be obtained.

By doing so, the concave portion is deformed into a convex shape, and the material to be embossed (5) is stretched and pressed against the concave portion of the concave shape.

Even if there is, embossing is possible.

して業界に大きな福音をもたらすものである。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention uses only a concave die for embossing, and forms an elastic member of 11! By deforming it along the I shape and replacing it with a convex shape, the convex shape is no longer necessary, and the mold matching, which was considered to be the most difficult in the past, is no longer necessary, making the work extremely easy and improving the embossed effect. Since the elastic material is well shaped and follows the concave shape, it is possible to emboss even the thinnest parts, making it easy to obtain a beautiful finish.
Furthermore, since the bottom dead center of the concave shape that moves up and down is stopped by an elastic member, there is no problem even if there is some error, so adjustment is easy, and since the convex shape is not needed, the work time can be shortened, making it cheaper and more efficient. It brings great good news to the industry, with many effects such as improved performance.
