各図中同一部材には同一符号を付し、１４は変流器、１
６は二次抵抗、１８はマイクロプロセッサ、２２は出力
リレー、■は主回路電流、■は検出電圧、′ｖｃは基準
電圧、Ｃｏ−Ｃ５は比較器、Ｒ０〜Ｒ６は分圧抵抗であ
