【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は可変抵抗器やスイッチ等の電気部品に用いられ
る連続端子の製造方法に関する。

から自動機により連続加工により製造が可能であり、量
産が可能で安価なものを提供できる等の顕著な作用効果
を奏するものである。

を設けるようにした第1の工程と、前記頭部を有する端
子板をかしめ部において切り離す第2の工程と、前記切
断された端子板の頭部に折曲げ線を入れるようにする第
3の工程と、前記端子板の頭部上の折曲げ線に沿つて端
子板を直角に折曲げて、対向耳片を形成するようにする
第4の工程と、前記連結板の前記対向耳片を有する1対
の端子板をそれぞれ設けた左右の自由端部を双方の端子
板が反転接近する方向に、連結板の同一主面側に180
°折り畳んで前記対向耳片を接近かつ並着させる第5の
工程と、前記対向耳片に絶縁基板を挾持、かつ圧接後前
記端子板を前記連結板から切り離す第5の工程から成る
ことを特徴とする連続端子の製造方法。
