There is also one in which both ends of the conductive rubber protrude from the surface of the insulating rubber sheet. However, even with such conventional products, many steps are required such as drilling through holes in the insulating sheet and inserting conductive rubber into the through holes, making it extremely difficult to manufacture. can be,
The disadvantage was that the cost was high. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of these points, it is an object of the present invention to provide an electrical connector that can provide good electrical connection and that can be easily manufactured, as well as a method for manufacturing the same.

用状態を示す。These insulating rubber sheets and conductive rubber sheets 2 are arranged in alternate layers. In order to bond the insulating rubber sheets arranged in a laminated manner to the conductive rubber sheets 2..., a large tensile force within the elastic limit of the insulating rubber sheets is applied to the insulating rubber sheets... Glue with an adhesive or the like while it is applied to the surface. The tensile force is maintained until such adhesion is completed, and then released. This completes the insulating rubber sheet 1 as shown in Figure 2.
A laminated block 3 in which conductive rubber sheets 2 and conductive rubber sheets 2 are arranged alternately is obtained. When this laminated block 3 is cut in the longitudinal direction to a suitable thickness according to the usage situation, as shown by the broken line in FIG. 2, an electrical connector 4 as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. This electrical connector 4 has insulating rubber parts 5 and lightning conducting rubber parts 6 arranged alternately. Upon release of the tensile force, the insulating rubber portion tries to restore its initial state from its elastically deformed state and shrinks relative to the conductive rubber portion 6. As a result, both ends 7 and 8 of the conductive rubber portion 6 are connected to the insulating rubber portion 5.
It has a relatively protruding shape. Since both ends 7 and 8 of the conductive rubber part 6 are shaped to protrude from the insulating rubber part 5, good contact can be made between the conductive rubber part 6 and the connecting terminal, and therefore the electrical connection can be made well. FIG. 4 shows how the electrical connector 4 is used.

As described above, this electrical connector 4 has a shape in which both ends 7 and 8 of the conductive rubber part protrude beyond the insulating rubber part 5. Even if the conductive rubber part 6 is held between two plates, the contact between the conductive rubber part 6 and the connection terminals lo, 12, etc. is not inhibited by the insulating rubber part 5. With this, the conductive rubber part 6...
- and each connection terminal 10..., 12... are in secure contact,
Electrical connection between the Nesa glass 9 and the printed circuit board 11 can be made well. In short, the electrical connector according to the present invention is configured so that the insulating rubber retains its contractile force and both ends of the conductive rubber protrude relatively from the insulating rubber. Good contact between the rubber part and the connecting terminal can be made without being obstructed by the insulating rubber part, and thus a reliable electrical connection can be made.

The rubber sheet is bonded to the rubber sheet, and after this bonding is completed, the tension is removed to form a laminated block, and this laminated block can be cut to produce the product, so it can be constructed very easily. As a result, it has become possible to easily construct an electrical connector that can provide good and reliable electrical connection.
