と薄型時計の提供にある。

3、調整軸4、固定バネ5よりなる衆知のトリマーコン

整は衆知のごとくこのトリマーコンデンサーの調整軸4
をドライバー等を用いて回転させて行なう。この際トリ
マ−コンデンサーには矢印8の方向に必然的に力が加わ
る。この力はピン6,7によって受ける事になる。した
がって固定バネ5のカシメ部5aとステーター2との間
に矢印9のごとき力を作用せしめる。これがトリマーコ
ンデンサーの安定性を失わせる大さや原因の1つであっ
た第2図は従来のトリマーコンデンサーの固定方法の他
の1例である。回路基板1にトリマーコンデンサーかハ
ンダ10,11により取付けられている。この第2図の
様なトリマーコンデンサーの実装では第1図において述
べた様な不安定要因は取り除かれるが、回路基板の上に
トリマーコンデンサ−を重ねなくてはならず、回路とし
て厚くならざるを得ないという欠点を有していた。本発
明は上記従釆の欠点を取り除き、安定したしかも薄型の
回路を簡単にしかも確実に提供するものである。

計れる。この様にムーブメント組立後調整するトリマー
コンデンサーを、トリマーコンデンサーの固定バネのみ
を用いて地板に位置決め固定し、しかも固定バネのネジ
固定によって一方の導通を図り、他方の導通はステータ
上面の電極面に回路基板のリード板を圧接することによ
って得たものなので、調整に際して調整軸と直角方向の
引っ張り力が発生せず安定し時間精度を提供でき、また
地板にトリマーコンデンサーを固定することにより回路
基板と地板の間隔を挟めて、ムーブメントを薄型にする
事が可能になる。

ステーターより径大の部分を地板上に載置するとともに
、前記固定バネに設けた複数個の穴部もしくは溝と地板
に設けた突出部とを係合させてトリマーコンデンサーの
平面方向の位置決めし、且つ一部を地板にネジ固定させ
ることによつて固定と導通をなしており、前記ステータ
ーは前記ローターより径大の部分を有するとともに、前
記ステーター径大部上面に設けた電極面に前記MOSI
Cと接続するリード板を圧接して成ることを特徴とする
電子時計用トリマーコンデンサーの固定構造。
