Conventional Structure and Problems Conventionally, an outdoor 2,2-hole unit in this type of air conditioner has a heat exchanger, a fan, a fan motor, a compressor, etc., covered with an exterior and made into a unit. Although this structure makes it easy to transport and install the outdoor unit, it eliminates the point that it is not suitable for the aesthetic appearance of the house after installation or the occupation of the ground. The purpose is to maintain the aesthetic appearance of the building and to make effective use of the heat under the floor.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides an opening that communicates with an opening provided in the fabric foundation of the house and an opening that communicates with the outside air, in the lower part of the cover that covers the outdoor heat exchanger, and an opening that communicates with the outside air. A shielding plate is provided to selectively shield the opening.

Furthermore, an auxiliary fan 12 having multi-blade blades and a motor 13 for driving the fan are installed inside the cover 11, and the lower part of the cover 11 has an opening 17 that communicates with an opening 16 formed in the fabric foundation 1. and an opening 18 that opens outward. A shielding plate 19 provided at the lower part of the cover 11 performs a fan-shaped movement about the axis 2o to close either the opening 17 or 18 mentioned above.

In the above configuration, when the air conditioner performs a cooling operation, the shielding plate 19 closes the opening 18 in contact with the outside and leaves the opening 17 communicating with the underfloor open. The refrigerant that has still absorbed heat in the indoor unit 8 is compressed by the compressor 9 and reaches the outdoor heat exchanger 1o, where the heat is radiated. As mentioned above, the outdoor heat exchanger 10 is provided in the space between the outer wall 3 and the cover 11, and as the temperature of the outdoor heat exchanger 1o increases, the air in that space is heated and becomes an upward air current. The outdoor heat exchanger 10 is cooled by convection. The lower part of this cover 11 is connected to the opening 16 of the cloth foundation 1, so that cooling air is introduced from under the floor. Furthermore, if the opening area of the opening 16 is insufficient, the auxiliary fan 12 is used to make up for the shortage in order to assist the upper arm flow due to convection.

On the other hand, in the case of heating operation, the shielding plate 19 closes the opening 17 on the side communicating with the underfloor, and leaves the opening 18 in contact with the outside open. Therefore, the refrigerant condensed in the indoor unit 8 is evaporated in the outdoor heat exchanger 1o, and absorbs the heat of the outside air entering through the opening 18. Then, it is compressed by the compressor 9, and the heat is radiated by the indoor unit 8 to perform a heating effect.

暖房運転時の補助ファン12は連続に運転される。The auxiliary fan 12 during heating operation is continuously operated.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the air conditioner of the present invention has a compressor that constitutes a refrigeration cycle installed under the floor of a house, and an outdoor heat exchanger that constitutes the refrigeration cycle together with this compressor. , attached to the exterior wall 61-2 of the house, the outdoor heat exchanger is cooled by the air under the floor during cooling operation, exchanges heat with outside air during heating operation, and performs outdoor heat exchange during cooling operation. The outdoor heat exchanger can be cooled using the air under the floor, which has a lower temperature than the outside air, by using the rising air of warm air generated by the heat exchanger, which improves heat exchange efficiency. Since natural convection is used to discharge air, the blower only needs to be operated auxiliary, and it is small and consumes little power, which is a great energy-saving effect. When heating is still in operation, heat is absorbed from outside air directly through the outdoor heat exchanger, improving heat exchange efficiency. Furthermore, the compressor is installed under the floor and the outdoor heat exchanger is attached to the outside wall of the house, making effective use of wasted space, requiring an extremely small installation area, and reducing the vibration and noise of the compressor. It has various advantages, such as less air being transmitted to the outside due to the box body equipped with the material, and quiet air conditioning.
