Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. バリスタの電極に、座グリまたはサラモミ等の広開口部
    をもった貫通孔を有し、その広開口部の最大直径と同等
    かそれよりも広い幅で、かつ上記広開口部を平面的に全
    て含んで外部と連絡する溝をもった電極板の上記溝以外
    の面を半田層を介し、て電気的、熱的に接続し、上記貫
    通孔に上記電極板より引離す方向に力が加えられた金属
    棒の先端を挿通してその金属棒の先端と上記電極板とを
    上記貫通孔に充填した低融点合金にて接合してなるサー
    ジ吸収器。
