【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は係留式の気球に救難活動に必要な各種の装置類
をどう載し、またこの気球を他の支援を要さずに運用す
るための諸設備を備えたトレーラ−により容易に移動し
て使用することのできる救難システムに関するものであ
る。
