Conventional equipment with a thin, irregularly shaped refractory layer cannot be used with regular V-shaped anchors due to their thin walls, so the plate-shaped body is twisted at a predetermined angle to fix the shaped stud to the base, and the stud is used as an anchor. It was equipped with a monolithic refractory layer.

The disadvantages of this method are that a large amount of force is required to cut the plate at a predetermined angle, and because the studs have a relatively simple shape, the relationship between the studs and the monolithic refractory layer constructed on top of them is The resultant force was small, and accidents where the monolithic refractory layer peeled off from the base were likely to occur.

本考案は、このような欠点を解決しようとしてなされた

The present invention was made in an attempt to solve these drawbacks, and as shown in FIG. This is a device having a monolithic refractory layer 5 in which a stud 3 having a shape similar to the above is fixed to a base 4, and a monolithic refractory layer is provided using the stud 3 as an anchor.

The angle at which the plate-shaped body is twisted around the through hole 2 is most commonly 90 degrees, but other angles may be used.

Further, the fixing force of the monolithic refractory layer can be further increased by appropriately providing through holes in the plate-shaped body in the untwisted portion.

本考案の実施例を以下に説明する。Examples of the present invention will be described below.

As shown in FIG. 2, a large number of studs 3 are mounted on a base 4 of an oil refinery, each having a shape in which the plate-like body 1 is twisted by 90 degrees around a through-hole 2 provided in the metal plate-like body 1. The studs were arranged at regular intervals, and the bases of adjacent studs were oriented 90' apart, and the bases of the studs were fixed by welding.

The base 4 of this product was lined with an abrasion-resistant refractory material, the thickness of which was such that the studs were buried, and there was some refractory material above the studs.

To manufacture the device of the present invention, a plate-shaped body having through holes may be fixed with a jig, then twisted to form a stud, and this may be welded or screwed onto the base, but it is more preferable. This is a manufacturing method in which a number of plate-like bodies are welded onto a base at predetermined intervals, and then the upper ends of the plate-like bodies are held between scissors and twisted at a predetermined angle.

The advantage is that the process of fixing with a jig can be omitted, and the arc stud method is suitable for welding a large number of studs in a short time. This is because the plate-shaped body has a larger gripping margin and is easier to grip.

The device of the present invention uses a stud that is twisted around a through hole provided in a plate-shaped body, so less material is required for the through hole, and it is also possible to twist something without a through hole. Since it is easier to twist than a case, the twisting tool may be simple and the twisting force may be small.

In addition, the lining material is filled into the through holes located in the torsion part, but the torsion shape and the through holes make the external shape of the stud extremely curved and have a large surface area. The present invention contributes to the development of industry because it is entangled and tightly engaged and does not separate.
