するインクジェット記録のうち、インクオンデマンド型
インクジェットヘッドにおけるその製造方法に関するも

くは第2基板に溶剤をコーティングし、単に抑圧により
溶着していたので第6図に示すように溶剤1が第1基板
2の流路溝に流れ込み、流路の形状が変化したり、また
溶剤が蒸発によって溝表面に付着し表面が荒れてしまう
ことがあるためその結果、各ノズルの内部形状の相違に
より安定したインク滴の飛翔が行なえないという欠点が

射出成形により一体成形したものとする。第2図は本発
明の実施例であり、充填物7には、第1基板及び同材質
である第2基板8に対して物理的、化学的に影響を及ぼ
さずしかも第1基板の溝を完全密封でき、さらに第1及
び第2基板を溶着後、簡単な方法により完全に除去でき

施例として充填物に油溶性のパラフィンを用いることが
でき、トリクロロエタン液中で洗浄することにより、充
