Since the roofs and exterior walls of residential and non-residential buildings are of course most exposed to the natural environment such as sunlight, wind and rain, it is important to provide membrane resistance that is as durable as possible. It is no exaggeration to say that this has become an issue for those involved in this industry.

The present invention was created in view of the above problems and to solve them. That is, in the present invention, cement 20 to 50 (
parts by weight, 70 to 95 parts by weight of a compound consisting of 80 to 50 parts by weight of a mixture of blast furnace slag and cinnabar sand, and 30 to 95 parts by weight of an emulsion made of a synthetic resin or an equivalent substance.
This is a roof or exterior wall structure coated with polymer cement mortar, which is characterized in that a coating agent is applied by kneading 5 parts (by weight) with a small amount of water. Therefore, the thin steel sheet molded plate used for the roof or exterior wall structure of the present invention may be an original sheet of material that has the same size as the so-called colored iron plate or galvanized iron plate that is normally used for the roof or exterior wall surface. The coating agent applied to the surface is cement type 20-5 as mentioned above.

This coating agent is an anti-corrosion coating agent mainly used for on-site construction, and the reason why this coating agent was adopted in the present invention is as follows.
With general anti-corrosion paints, there are various restrictions on the surface treatment of steel plates, the painting environment, etc. No matter which factor is considered, it often causes problems for the painting staff and delays the construction period. Accordingly, the present invention aims to improve the anticorrosive effect of the alkali contained in cements and the adhesion by adding a polymer emulsion.

Further, in order to further improve the physical properties, blast furnace slag and cinnabar sand were added to form an even stronger coating. The cement used in the coating agent in the present invention is Bortland cement or blast furnace cement, and its action is to obtain durability. Also, the calcium hydroxide contained in the cement is strongly alkaline. It acts as a rust preventive for iron.

However, even if cement is used alone, long-term durability cannot be expected due to cracking and peeling. Also, even if sand is mixed with it, there are many problems for the same reason, such as rain leakage due to cracks, so in the present invention, sand is used as an extender pigment in the paint to compensate for the above-mentioned drawbacks such as clutching and peeling. A mixture of slag and cinnabar sand is blended. Furthermore, in the present invention, a polymer emulsion is blended to reinforce the adhesive strength of cements. Possible polymer emulsions include water-removalable or water-dilutable aqueous polypinyl alcohol solutions, petroleum resins and synthetic rubber latex produced during naphtha decomposition, and nonionic or cationic dispersants. Examples include emulsions containing surfactants. Therefore, each of the above compounded materials is first mixed with a mixture of cement, blast furnace slag, and cinnabar sand to form a compound, then a polymer emulsion is blended with this using a mixer, and a small amount of water is added. Knead to a paintable consistency. Painting is done with a spray gun, trowel, brush, etc. The effect of the blast furnace slag and ridge sand in the above-mentioned coating agent is that they serve as the aforementioned extender pigments, but the blast furnace slag is made by drying and pulverizing blast furnace misakubo, which is a by-product at a steelworks. used.

This blast furnace slag is active and reacts with the free lime in the cement to produce hardly soluble silicate lime, which stabilizes the coating layer. What is also important is that the slag itself has water-retentive properties (adsorbs water during kneading), and this water prevents rapid drying during coating film formation and prevents the occurrence of hair cracks. Therefore, the particle size of the slag used in this case is preferably 20 mesh or less, and cinnabar sand is added as an extender pigment in the paint with the intention of improving the strength of the coating, and its particle size is natural cinnabar sand. Commercially available No. 4~
Those in the range of No. 8 are preferred. Furthermore, the reason for limiting the blending ratio of each compounding material in the above coating agent is that the optimum range was found based on research results.
This is because it has been confirmed that it is disadvantageous for the purpose of the present invention if each compounding material is less than the lower limit or exceeds the upper limit.
