Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、まだ肌のやわらかい成形直後の陶磁器主体
肌面に、彫刻用の模様が凸賞もし〈は凹成されている彫
刻用のローラを上方より圧接させて行なう彫刻模様肌陶
磁器の製法に関する。

さきに提案(特願昭54一15869号)したが、上記
のものはローラを陶磁器主体肌面に圧接したのち、圧俵
状態のまま陶磁器主体を石膏型とともに回転させるとい
う技法であるため、陶磁器主体を石膏型とともに従転勤
させるのみであるので、変化のある模様にしたり、製造
時間を短縮させるための改良を要するものとなってきた
。そこで、この発明は上記従前の製造において見られる
改良点を簡単且つ有効に改良することを目的とし、これ
に成功したものであって、この発明を先ずその要旨にい
て説明すると次のとおりである。即ち、この発明の第一
は、まだ肌のやわらかい成形直後の陶磁器主体肌面に、
彫刻用の模様が凸成もしくは凹成されている彫刻用のロ
ーラを圧接させて行なう彫刻模様肌陶磁器の製法におい
て、陶磁器主体を基台の石膏型上へ装脱自在に秦載して
不動のものとし、しかるのち、公転しながら自転可能と
なっている彫刻用のローラで陶磁器主体の上方より外側
肌面を庄接し、圧接したまま該ローラを回転させながら
陶磁器主体肌面上を回転させて凹凸模様を該陶磁器主体
の肌面に施すことを要旨とする彫刻模様肌陶磁器の製法
と、さらに発明の第二はまだ肌のやわらかい成形直後の
陶磁器主体肌面に、彫刻用の模様が凸成もしくは凹成さ
れている彫刻用のローラを圧接させて行なう彫刻模様肌
陶磁器の製法において、陶磁器主体を回転自在とする基
台の石膏型上に装脱自在の秦載したのち、駆動装置によ
り回転を賦与したローラで該陶磁器主体の上方より外側
肌面を圧接して凹凸模様を該陶磁器主体の肌面に施すこ
とを要旨とする彫刻模様肌陶磁器の製法である。上記し
たこの発明の要旨を更に明白にするとともに、この発明
の構成と効果を具体的に説明するため、この発明の実施
例をあげ、図面を利用してこれを詳述すると次のとおり
である。
