着することがなく、圧ロールによって被塗装材料に転写
されて表面を汚すことのない塗料の塗布装置を提供する
にある。

点があり、被塗料材料の厚みが薄い場合実質的にはロー
ルコ−夕で塗布することは不可能であった。本発明は上
記の従釆の欠点に鑑みて発明したものであって以下実施
例により詳述する。

ようになっている。図中12は上補助ピンチロールであ
って、後方の圧ロール2で上に押し上げられた被塗装材
料9の先端で塗布ロール1の表面に傷がつくので塗布ロ
ール1の直前に設けて被塗装材料9をやや下向きにする
役目をしている。また13は下補助ピンチロールであっ
て、被塗装材料9の先端が下方へいき前方の庄ロール3
の下側に落下するから設けるもので、塗布後被塗装材料
9の先端が前方の圧ロール3の下側に落下するのを防止
する役目をしている。図中14はプラィマータンク、1
5,16は転写ロールである。なお本発明に用いる被塗
装材料としては弾性を有する合成樹脂、金属、木質、そ
の他各種の材料が用いられる。本発明にあっては、叙述
のように塗布ロールの前後に塗布ロール表面に附着した
プライマーが附着しない程度に離して圧ロールを設け、
塗布ロールの塗布面よりも圧ロールの頂部を上方に位置
させてあるので、塗布ロールに附着したプラィマーが庄
ロールに附着して被塗装材料の不必要な面にプラィマー
が附着するのを防止でき、不必要な面が汚れないという
利点があり、このように被塗装材料が薄くても塗布ロー
ルによって確実に塗布されるのみならずプラィマーが不
必要な部分に附着しない。しかも塗布ロールと後方の圧
ロールとの間に設けた上補助ピンチロールによって、被
塗装材料を押し下げて被塗装材料の先端が塗布ロールに
衝突して塗布ロールが傷つけられるのを防止することが
できるという利点がある。又、塗布ロールと前方の圧ロ
ールとの間に設けた下補助ピンチロールによって、被塗
装材料が落下するのを防止しながら被塗装材料の先端を
圧ロールに確実に案内させることができるという利点が
ある。
