Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 送出装置より送り出された繊維束又は糸を加熱しつ
つその進行方向を折り返してスピンドルの回転の２倍の
撚を加え、バルーン内部でパッケージに巻き上げる二重
撚糸式機構を備えた繊維機械において、前記スピンドル
の周囲に環状の空気室を設け、同空気室から前記スピン
ドル内に設けられた空気通路へ圧縮空気を導入する空気
取入孔を、前記スピンドルの回転に伴う導入抵抗の抑制
が可能に設けたことを特徴とする二重撚糸式機構を備え
た繊維機械における圧縮空気供給機構。 ２ 空気取入孔はスピンドルに一体的に嵌着されたノズ
ルハウジング固定盤に設けられており、環状の空気室は
同固定盤の外周に設けられている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第１項に記・載の二重撚糸式機構を備えた繊維機械に
おける圧縮空気供給機構。 ３ 空気取入孔は前記スピンドルの円周方向の長孔形状
に形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載
の二重撚糸式機構を備えた繊維機械における圧縮空気供
給機構。 ４ 空気取入孔はそのスピンドル軸直交断面形状がスピ
ンドル軸とねじれの関係を有し、かつ前記空気室側がス
ピンドルの回転方向を向くように形成されている実用新
案登録請求の範囲第２項に記載の二重撚糸式機構を備え
た繊維機械における圧縮空気供給機構。
