いるか熱融着が間離のため、従来、熱溶断による接着法
(溶接部が切れてしまうまで加熱した状態で線状に融着
させる)によっており接着強度が弱く実用上の問題とな

(発明の構成)
この発明は、上述の問題を解決し、インパルスシーラー
の熱加工条件を素材シートの厚さ及び発泡倍率によって
選択し、作用電圧、通電時間及び圧着力のそれぞれにつ
いて適合数値をセットして素材の熱シール加工を実施す
るが加熱電流を遮断したあとも特に加圧を2〜5秒持続
した上で開放し、さらに、冷却空気の吹付けを1〜5秒
行なうことを特徴としたポリエチレン高発泡体の熱融着
