み固定したコイル保持板を、上端縁にタップ3を複数個
設けた円筒コイルCの上部内周縁に固着して各タップ3
を各セグメントaの端子片2にスポット溶接にて接続し
た構造であるため、セグメントを金型に投入する際に第
5図の如く上下の金型10,11面がセグメント9の端
子片2に密接して閉じればよいが、密接して閉じないと
(例えば型締時にセグメントの端子片を噛み込むと)合
成樹脂が端子片2の上面、下面に流れ込み、端子片の上
下面に合成樹脂被膜(いわゆる成型ばり)が形威され、
円筒コイルのタップとの溶接時に熔接不良を起しくまた
