Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive to remove automatically the heat insulating cover at the burning of a heater by a method wherein an attaching and detaching metal member of the heat insulating cover is formed by using a shape memory alloy. CONSTITUTION:An engaging protrusion 6 is previously mounted between a hot- water inlet 3 and a hot-water outlet 4 in a bathtub 1, a retaining metal member 7 engaged with the engaging protrusion 6 is mounted inside of a cover 5. The retaining metal member 7 is formed by using a shape memory alloy having an elasticity, engages with the engaging protrusion 6 under the temperature condition lower than 50 deg.C, and changes to a shape 7' under the temperature condition exceeding 50 deg.C, then the metal member is disengaged from the protrusion. Therefore, by mounting the cover 5, the temperature dropping in the bathtub 1 due to the temperature dropping in a bath boiler 2 can be prevented at the buring stop of the bath boiler 2. On the other hand, at the burning of the bath boiler, the circulating channel of hot-water is formed between the bath boiler 2 and the inside of the cover 5, then the hot-water is introduced into the inside of the cover, thereby, the engagement between engaging members is disengaged, the cover is removed, accordingly, the trouble due to the inadvertent forgetting of the cover removing can be prevented.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a heat-retaining lid for a reheating bathtub, and in particular, the lid attachment/detachment fittings are formed using a shape memory alloy so that the heat-retaining lid can be automatically removed when the pot is heated. Home baths include hot water storage type bathtubs and reheating type bathtubs. Reheating type bathtubs have a water circulation path between the bathtub and the bathtub, so when the bathtub is heated, the low-temperature water in the bathtub enters the bathtub, where it is heated, and then returned to the bathtub. Compared to hot water storage type bathtubs, this type of bathtub requires less fuel to reheat, so it is economically superior in terms of heating a bath, so in recent years it has become popular for home use. However, on the other hand, it has the disadvantage that it has poor heat retention when the heat is turned off. This is because when the fire is turned off, the bath kettle acts as a radiator, causing the bath to heat up. This is because the water circulation path between the bathtub and the bathtub is reversed, causing hot water in the bathtub to enter the bathtub, where heat is radiated, and the heated water is returned to the bathtub.

In many cases, the bath kettle is installed outside the bathroom wall, so the temperature of the hot water drops quickly, especially in the winter, so even if all the family members take a bath in succession, it is difficult to take a bath at regular intervals. In some cases, it has the disadvantage of consuming more fuel.

For this reason, conventional attempts have been made to attach lids or check valves to the inlet and outlet of bathtubs to block the reverse circulation of hot water, thereby suppressing the drop in temperature of the hot water. However, when the lid is attached to the water outlet, it must be removed the next time the bath kettle is heated, so problems often occur due to forgetting to remove it, and the check valve prevents hot water from circulating. Because the force is extremely weak, it is difficult to operate normally and the same problems as above occur, and if this happens, the bathtub cannot be cleaned.
In the end, it could not be put into practical use.

The present invention is a lid made in view of the above-mentioned points, which is attached to integrally cover the hot water inlet and the hot water outlet of a bathtub, and also provides electrical continuity between the two, that is, water can be kept between the bath pot and the lid. By forming a circulation system so that when the bath kettle is fired, hot water immediately enters the inside of the lid, and the lid is automatically removed by the heat, thereby preventing trouble from occurring.

In the figure, numeral 1 is a bathtub, and 2 is a bath kettle. These are no different from ordinary reheating bathtubs of this type; the bathtub 1 has an inlet 3 and an outlet 4, both of which are connected to a bathtub 2. . When this bath pot 2 is heated (heated, the hot water enters the bathtub 1 through the inlet 3, and at the same time, the water in the bathtub 1 is sent into the bath pot 2 through the hot water outlet 4, and so on. Then, the hot water circulates between the bathtub 1 and the bath pot 2 and is gradually heated. When the fire in the bath pot 2 is turned off, the temperature of the hot water in the bath pot 2 decreases due to heat radiation, and the hot water reaches the outlet. Enter bathtub 1 from 4,
The hot water circulates between the bath pot 2 and the bathtub 1 in the opposite direction to that described above, and its temperature gradually decreases.

Reference numeral 5 is a lid. This thing covers the hot water inlet 3 and the hot water outlet 4 at the same time to isolate the bath pot 2 and the bathtub 1. In particular, it has a so-called boat shape with a hollowed out inside, and is used for bathing. When the lid is placed over the spout 3 and the spout 4, electrical continuity is established between the two lids.

The one shown in FIGS. 17 to 2 is an example of this, and uses a fitting method. That is, the hot water entrance 3 of the bathtub 1
A fitting protrusion 6 is installed in advance between the tap hole 4 and the -
Inside the force difference 5 is a locking fitting 7 that engages with the fitting protrusion 6.
is installed. This engagement fitting 7 is formed using a thin metal plate having elasticity, and as shown in the figure, when pressed against the fitting protrusion 6 with an appropriate force, it is clamped and naturally It looks like it won't fall off. Therefore, when the lid 5 is attached, it is pressed against a predetermined position on the bathtub 2, and when it is removed, it is pulled off. Furthermore, the related alloy tool 7 is characterized by being formed using a shape memory alloy.
It has a shape 7I that can be engaged with the fitting protrusion 6 to attach and detach the lid at temperatures below about 0.degree. . The method of attaching the lid 5 is not limited to the above method. In short, it is sufficient that the M5 is easy to attach and detach, and that it automatically attaches and detaches when the bath kettle is fired while it is attached. FIG. 3 shows an example of such a structure, which uses a magnet. In other words, bathing! An iron piece 8 is attached to 1 as an engaging member, and -
A magnet 9 is provided inside the force difference 2 . This magnet 9 is attached to the inner surface of the lid 5 via a mounting bracket 10 formed using a shape memory alloy.
When the temperature is about 50 degrees Celsius or less, the magnet 9 is located slightly inside the periphery of the lid 5, and when the lid 5 is set in a predetermined position in the bathtub 2, the magnet 9 joins with the iron piece 8 and the lid 5 closes. When the temperature is higher than that, the magnet 9 contracts and separates from the iron piece 8. - As described in detail above, the present invention is a heat-retaining lid for a reheating bathtub, which covers the hot water inlet 3 and the hot water outlet 4, and connects them to each other to establish a water circulation path between them and the bath pot 2. In order to form and attach the lid, the metal fittings are formed using a shape memory alloy, and this metal fitting is installed inside the lid in the above-mentioned circulation path, and it deforms at temperatures of about 50°C or higher and does not interfere with the mating mounting member. Therefore, when the bath kettle is heated, a circulation path for hot water is formed between the bath kettle and the lid, and the hot water enters the inside of the lid, causing the engagement of the engaging members to be released. Since the lid can be removed by unscrewing the lid, there is no problem caused by forgetting to remove the lid, and the lid can be used with peace of mind, contributing to fuel savings.
