の外周にその一端を軸方向へ摺動可能に嵌合するととも
に前記サポートブラケットに軸方向へ摺動可能に支持し
たシフトロッドと、このシフトロッドにその中間部を枢
着するとともにその先端部を前記サポートロッドに連結
したシフトレバ−を備え、このシフトレバ−を前記サポ
ートロッドの軸回りおよび軸方向へ選択的に回動操作し
て前記シフトロッドを軸回りに回転または軸方向へ摺動
させることにより、前記シフトロッドに連結したセレク
ト用レバーおよびシフト用レバーを選択的に作動させて
変速するようにしたフロアシフト機構において、前記サ
ポートブラケットと前記サポートブツシュおよび前記サ
ポートブラケットと前記シフトロッド間のそれぞれの支
持部を互いに摺動可能に当接する球面状に形成して、前
記シフトロッドの軸方向への摺動時間シフトロッドおよ
び前記サポートロッドが、前記シフトロッドの支持部を
中心に揺動可能にしたことを特徴とするフロアシフト機
