Conventionally, this type of sewing machine is based on chain stitching as shown in Fig. 1, in which a hook needle is inserted into the fabric, the entire thread is scooped up from the looper, and the sewing thread and core thread (the core thread is always attached to the needle bar at the position of the hook needle). After winding thread (embroidery thread) around the thread (which hangs down through the thread), only the hook needle is inserted into the fabric, and the hook scoops up the thread from the looper. Therefore, the sewing thread is a single thread knitted together (called a chain stitch), so if a part of it breaks due to washing, etc., it will all come undone and cannot be repaired, and the needle is a hook needle. Therefore, when scooping up all the threads, there is a risk of scooping up the threads of the fabric as well, resulting in many defective products. Furthermore, since the four sewing threads intersect, the embroidery has the disadvantage that it becomes lumpy. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of embroidery products or the generation of defective products during the sewing process. The winding thread (embroidery thread) and core thread are sewn onto the fabric to ensure the durability of the product so that even if one of the bobbin threads or needle threads breaks, there will be no infection. The purpose is to perform sewing with good quality.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment. In a sewing machine 6, sewing is performed using a bobbin thread 2 fed out from a hook 1 and an upper thread 6 passed through a threading hole 4 at the tip of the sewing machine needle 3 and fed out. An outer cylindrical body 8 that moves vertically in conjunction with the vertical movement of the needle bar 7 is iron-coupled to the rod 7, and the lower end of the outer cylindrical body 8 has an outer diameter and an inner diameter at the base end. A nipple 9, which is tapered downward at the same level as the lower end of the outer cylinder 8, is fixed with a screw 10, and a sewing machine needle 3 fixed to a needle bar 7 can be freely inserted through an insertion opening 11 at the tip of the nipple 9. frame 12
and the side wall of the outer cylindrical body 8 from the upper outer direction layer to the lower inner space 1
3, a needle thread insertion hole 14 and a core thread insertion hole 15 are provided.
An upper thread 5 drawn out from a bobbin (not shown) is inserted into the upper thread insertion hole 14 , and the upper thread 5 is passed through the thread insertion hole 4 . A core thread 16 drawn out from a bobbin (not shown) is inserted through the core thread insertion hole 15 , and the core thread 16 is inserted into the insertion opening 1 of the nipple 9 .
Let it hang down from 1. Also, the outer cylinder body 8 has a rotating ring 17.
The rotary ring 17 is rotatably supported by a semicircular support part 19 of a support punch 18 fixed to the frame 12, and a driving ring is attached to the upper part of the rotary ring 17. A mounting hole 21 is fixed to the outer periphery of the rotary ring 17 at a lower position of the driving teeth 20, and a winding bobbin 22 is attached to the mounting shaft 24 of the mounting hole 21.
3, the mounting shaft 24 into which the winding bobbin 22 is inserted is at an angle b (preferably 45 to 75 degrees) such that the mounting shaft 24 is inclined downwardly toward the outside with respect to the axis a of the needle bar 7. position)
is held to prevent the thread 25 of the bobbin 22 from unraveling inadvertently due to zero force when the entire thread bobbin 22 rotates.

The thread 25 of the thread bobbin 22 is guided to the tip of the nipple 9 by passing through a hole 27 provided at the tip of a guide punch 26 rotatably attached to the rotating ring 17. Guide pestle 2
A stopper 28 is provided on the side of the rotary ring 17 (at a position opposite to the rotational direction of the rotary ring 17). In the figure, 29 and 29' are peepholes. 30 is a reinforcing cylinder for reducing wear of the outer cylinder body 8.

The present invention is embodied as described above, and its operation will be explained by looking through the threading hole 4 of the sewing machine needle through the peep holes 29, 29.
' position, insert the needle thread 5 manually, place the fabric C to be embroidered on the table T, and operate the sewing machine 6. First, the outer cylinder body 8, nipple 9, and needle bar 7 and needle 3
starts descending toward the table at the same time, and when the tip of nipple 9 presses against the fabric, needle 3 and needle bar 7 continue to descend further, needle 3 penetrates fabric C and table T, and upper thread 5 is transferred to hook 1. It gets tangled with bobbin thread 2.

At this time, the drive teeth 20 of the rotary ring 17 are driven by a drive source (not shown), causing the rotary ring 17 to rotate once and the winding bobbin 22 to be rotated as shown by the arrow. By doing this, the winding thread 25 is wound around the core thread 16 and the upper thread 5 or the lower thread 2. When this operation is completed, the initial operation order is returned to and the operation is repeated. The embroidery object sewn in this way has a winding thread 25 wound around the core thread 16, as shown in FIG.
This upper thread 5 has a structure in which it is entangled with the lower thread 2. As described above, the present invention has an outer cylindrical body which moves up and down in conjunction with the needle bar, which is iron-coupled to the needle bar of a sewing machine that sews using a lower thread and an upper thread, so that the lower end of the outer cylindrical body can move up and down. A nipple that tapers downward is fixed, and a lockstitch sewing machine needle fixed to the needle bar can be freely inserted into the insertion hole of the nipple, and a peephole is provided in the middle of the nipple. A needle thread insertion hole and a core thread insertion hole are provided from the upper outer direction layer to the lower inner space, and a rotary ring is rotatably fitted to the outer cylinder body, and the rotary ring rotates to the support village. The rotating ring is freely supported, and drive teeth are carved on the upper outer periphery of the rotating ring, and on the outer periphery of the rotating ring at the lower position of the driving teeth there is a winding bobbin and a guide for guiding the winding thread of the winding bobbin to the tip position of the nipple. Since a punch is provided, the winding thread (embroidery thread) is sewn onto the fabric by lock stitching the upper thread and bobbin thread, so part of the upper thread or bobbin thread may be accidentally cut off due to washing, etc. However, it can only be partially resolved and can be repaired without causing infection.

Furthermore, since a lockstitch sewing machine needle is used, there is no chance of the thread of the fabric C getting caught during the sewing process, so the fabric is not damaged and no defective products are produced. In addition, since the needle thread and core thread are passed through separate holes, both threads can be worked smoothly without being caught inadvertently. Furthermore, the needle thread can be inserted into the threading hole easily from the peep hole. Easy and quick sewing work is possible, improving work efficiency. Furthermore, since the winding thread is wrapped around a single needle thread and core thread, smooth embroidery can be created.
