DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an embroidered object. Conventionally, this type of embroidery is based on chain stitching as shown in Figure 1, and the sewing machine inserts a hook needle into the fabric, scoops up the sewing thread from the looper, and then attaches the sewing thread and core thread (the core thread is always at the hook needle position). After winding thread (embroidery thread) around the thread (which passes through the needle bar and hangs down), only the hook needle is inserted into the fabric, and the hook is used to scoop up the thread from the looper.

Therefore, the sewing thread for embroidery is made of a single thread (known as a chain stitch), so if a part of it breaks during washing, etc., it will all come undone and cannot be repaired, and the needle may be damaged. Because the needle is a hook, there is a risk of picking up threads from the fabric when scooping up the sewing thread, which often results in defective products. Furthermore, since the four sewing threads intersect, the embroidery has the disadvantage that it becomes lumpy.

The present invention was researched to eliminate the above-mentioned defects in embroidery products or defects in the production of defective products during the sewing process, and is based on lockstitching using upper and lower threads. The winding thread (embroidery body) and core thread are sewn onto the fabric to ensure that even if one of the bobbin threads or needle threads breaks, there will be no infection, thereby measuring the durability of the product and improving the yield. The aim is to provide good embroidery.

The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. Fabric 1
In lock stitching in which the lower thread 2 from the lower surface of the fabric 1 is entwined with the upper thread 3 from the upper surface of the fabric 1, a winding thread 5 is wound around a core thread 4 which is wrapped around the upper thread 3. The sewing machine that sews this embroidery body is described below. The sewing machine 9 uses a bobbin thread 2 that is fed out from a hook 6 and an upper thread 3 that is passed through a threading hole 8 at the tip of a sewing machine needle 7 and fed out. An outer cylindrical body 11 that moves up and down in conjunction with the vertical movement of the needle bar 10 is fitted into the needle bar 10 of 9 so as to be vertically movable.
At the lower end of the outer cylindrical body 11, the outer diameter and inner diameter of the proximal end are

is fixed with a screw 13, and the sewing machine needle 7 fixed to the needle bar 10 can be freely inserted through the insertion opening 14 at the tip of the nipple 12. An upper thread insertion hole 17 and a core thread insertion hole 18 are provided in the side walls of the frame 15 and the outer cylinder 11 from the upper outer position toward the lower inner space 16. The upper thread 3 that has been let out is inserted through the threading hole 8.
Pass it through. A bobbin (not shown) is installed in the core thread insertion hole 18.
The core yarn 4 that is drawn out is inserted, and the core yarn 4 is made to hang down from the insertion opening 14 of the nipple 12.

A rotary ring 19 is rotatably fitted into the outer cylinder 11, and the rotary ring 19 is connected to the frame 15.
The rotating ring 19 is rotatably supported by a semicircular support portion 21 of a support rod 20 fixed to the
A mounting rod 23 is fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating ring 19 at the lower position of the driving tooth 22, and a winding bobbin 25 is attached to the mounting shaft 24 of the mounting rod 23 with a brake spring. The mounting shaft 24, into which the winding bobbin 25 is fitted, is pivotally connected to the needle bar 1 via the thread bobbin 26.
When the entire winding bobbin 25 rotates at an angle b (preferably about 45 to 75 degrees) in which the mounting shaft 24 is inclined outward and downward with respect to the axis a of 0, the bobbin 25 is rotated by centrifugal force. Make sure that the winding thread 5 does not unravel carelessly. Moreover, the winding thread 5 of the winding thread bobbin 25 is

The present invention is embodied as described above, and to explain how to sew it, when the fabric 1 to be embroidered is placed on the table T and the sewing machine 9 is operated, the outer cylindrical body 11, the nipple 12, and the needle are first sewn together. rod 10 and needle 7
simultaneously starts descending toward the table, and when the tip of the nipple 12 presses against the fabric 1, the needle 7 and the needle bar 10
The needle 7 continues to descend further, passing through the fabric 1 and the table T, and the needle thread 3 becomes entangled with the bobbin thread 2 of the hook 6.

Next, the needle 7 and needle bar 11 rise, and when the tip of the needle 7 leaves the fabric 1, the nipple 12 and the outer cylinder 11 rise. At this time, the driving teeth 22 of the rotating ring 19 are driven by a drive source (not shown), and the rotating ring 19

In this manner, the winding thread 5 is wound around the core thread 4 and the upper thread 3 or the lower thread 2. When this operation is completed, the operation returns to the initial operation order and is repeated. The embroidery body thus sewn has a structure in which the winding thread 5 is wound around the core thread 4, which is wrapped around the upper thread 3, as shown in FIG.

As mentioned above, the present invention is directed to the bobbin thread 2 from the bottom surface of the fabric 1.
During lock stitching, in which the upper thread 3 is entwined with the upper thread of the fabric 1, the winding thread 5 is wound around the core thread 4 which is wrapped around the upper thread 3, so the winding thread (embroidery thread) is connected to the upper thread and the bobbin thread. Even if part of the upper thread or lower thread is accidentally cut due to washing, etc., it will only partially unravel and can be repaired without causing infection. Furthermore, since a lockstitch sewing machine needle is used in the sewing process, there is no risk of the threads of the fabric 1 being caught, so the fabric is not damaged and no defective products are produced. Also, unlike chain stitch embroidery, in the case of the present invention, the winding thread is wound around two threads, the core thread and the needle thread, resulting in a smooth embroidered body that has a good texture and wearability.
