ら、このように周囲に平坦面6を有することはガイドロ
ーラ3の挿入時そのガイドローラ3が支軸2に対して僅

あった。このようなガイドローラ3の挿入時の問題をな
くするためには前記の平坦面6を解除すればよいが、カ
セットケース1の成型は第3図に示すように固定金型7
と可動金型8および可動金型8に形成されたガイドロー
ラ支軸形成用の孔9に挿入される突出しピン1川こより
、その固定金型7と可動金型8間にカセットケース形成
用の空間11と前記ガイドローラ支軸形成用の孔9に上
方から途中まで突出しペン10の挿入で形成された空間
