Because it does not produce a three-dimensional effect, the appearance of the finished product is unsatisfactory. The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and involves mixing a synthetic resin powder 2 containing a foaming agent into a printing liquid 1, and using this mixed printing liquid to create an arbitrary pattern 4 on a thin piece 3 such as ordinary cloth. It consists of printing a pattern on a high-grade thin piece of cloth. The method of forming irregularities in pattern printing according to the present invention is to mix a synthetic resin powder 2 containing a foaming agent into a printing liquid 1, and use this mixed printing liquid to print an arbitrary pattern 4 on a thin piece 3 of every piece of cloth.
The printed pattern is heated from above, and the foaming agent foams the synthetic resin powder in the printing liquid 1 to form concavities 5 convexes 6 in the pattern printed area on a thin piece of cloth or the like. Regarding the method. The structure of the present invention is as described above, but the pattern printing on the thin piece 3 such as Fudake is in the form of a pattern consisting of a printed part 7 and a non-printed part 8, as shown in FIG. The cloth strip on the bottom is visible.

The coated one and the appearance are the best in Kamioka. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, when the upper surface of the pattern printing area is heated to about 170 degrees Celsius, the printed area 7 is formed into a convex 6 shape by the foaming agent.
As shown in the sectional view taken along line BB in Figure 3, the pattern is made up of 7 printed areas and 8 non-printed areas, with 5 concave and 6 convex patterns, and the planar pattern changes into a three-dimensional one. Gives a sense of luxury to the finished product. Furthermore, the heated printing 7 as described above
In the case where the continuous occupied area of the section 9 is large, the section is formed with a gentle upward curve 10 by foaming of synthetic resin in the cross section as shown in the fourth figure, thereby further emphasizing the three-dimensional effect. In case 9 where the occupied area is large and in case 11 where the occupied area is small, there is a height difference between the convex surfaces, which increases the three-dimensional effect.

特徴がある。That is, as in the present invention, if a pattern is printed on a thin piece of cloth 3 using a printing liquid containing a mixture of synthetic resin powder 2 containing a foaming agent, the uneven pattern is formed by simply heating the printed area, so that the product can be easily and inexpensively made, and furthermore, the printed Futake etc. thin piece 3 is easy to transport and organize as a high and low piece with no unevenness before the printing part is heated, and when used, the printed part is heated and the unevenness 5 is formed.
It has the characteristic that it can be formed into a convex six-sliding style to give it an attractive appearance.
