Abstract

PURPOSE:To record information with high reliability and high density by providing an instantaneous simple connector such as a press-contact type connector, etc. to an enclosed and fixed magnetic disk and using the magnetic disk device itself as a unit of exchange. CONSTITUTION:An instantaneous simple connector 6 such as a simple fitting connector, etc. is provided to the main body 1 of an enclosed and fixed magnetic disk device. Therefore no communication line is needed since the main body 1 is connected to an external control mechanism by the connector 6. 固定磁気ディスク装置は記録媒体の交換を行なわないも
のであり、装置本体1、信号線2及びコネクタ5等によ
り構成され、上記装置本体1は大量の情報を磁気的に記
録・再生し、かつ保持する機能を有し、信号線2は図示
されていない外部制御機!(電子計算機または制御ユニ
ット)との信号、即ち装置本体1を動作させる信号の授
受を行う。この信号線2には上記外部制御機構との接続
用の上記コネクタ5が設けられている。交換型磁気ディ
スク装置は記録媒体の交換を行うものであり、装置本体
6の外、上記した信号a2及びコネクタ5等により構成
されている。この装置本体3は前記装置本体1と同等の
機能を有し、記録媒体でるるディスクパック4が交換可
能になっている。
