This type of molding machine, which is already well known, will be explained with reference to the attached drawing, FIG. 1. 1 is a nipple, 2 is a molding die, and 3 is a vulcanization (or crosslinking) machine directly connected to the molding machine main body 4.
The tube, 5, is a filament (for example, a cable conductor) that passes through the nipple 1 and runs in the longitudinal direction, and 6 is a rubber/plastic material. The rubber/plastic material 6 that has been extruded through the gap between the nipple 1 and the molding die 2 is continuously extruded onto the tree of the filament 5 that passes through the nipple 1 and runs in the longitudinal direction. Cover molded.
However, in the extrusion coating molding machine configured as described above, deposits 60 of the material 6 called die scum occur on the exit side surface 20 of the molding die 2, and when the amount of this deposit increases to a certain extent, the material 6 is deposited on the exit side surface 20 of the molding die 2. There was a problem in that it peeled off and adhered to the surface of the extrusion coating 6' as a lump 60'.

Incidentally, the extruded coating 6' to which the die scum lumps 60' have adhered in this way will either be rejected as a defective product or will require scratching. The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and its object is to provide an extrusion coating molding machine that prevents the formation of die scum clumps on the exit side surface of a molding die.

That is, the gist thereof is that the extrusion coating molding machine is configured so that the exit side surface of the molding die is constantly sprayed with lubricant. In addition, specifically, silicone oil, silicone grease, etc. are suitable as the above-mentioned lubricant.

Further, it is preferable that the lubricant is heated to a temperature of about 100 to 200 q0 and then ejected. The reason for this is that when a cold lubricant is used, the temperature of the forming die is lowered, which may impede the flow of the extruded material. 100-2 above
The temperature range of 00q○ is a temperature range that does not impair the extrusion flow of the extrusion material. Next, an embodiment of the rubber/plastic material extrusion coating molding machine of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2 of the accompanying drawings, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not to be construed as limited by this embodiment.

Although some embodiments other than this embodiment may be conceived, as long as they essentially fall within the technical scope of the present invention, they are of course a part of the present invention. In addition,
In FIG. 2, the same numbers as those shown in FIG. 1 may be interpreted as the same or similar components to those in FIG. 1, respectively.

Now, 11 in the figure has one end connected to the exit side surface 2 of the molding die 2.
A groove 12 (more specifically, this is formed in a circular shape around the outlet 21 of the die 2).
), and the end of the pipe is connected to a lubricant supply device 22 prepared outside the molding machine. This is a lubricant supply pipe, which is connected to a lubricant supply device 22 prepared outside the molding machine, and is connected to a refrigerating cylinder (or bridging cylinder) at 11' in the middle of the pipe as shown in the figure. ) 3. Here, to explain the lubricant supply device in more detail, it consists of a tank 222 for storing a lubricant (for example, silicone oil, silicone grease, etc.) 221 and an injection pump 2.
It consists of 23. As described above, in this embodiment, the part 11' of the supply pipe 11 is configured to pass inside the vulcanizing tube 3, but when configured in this way, the lubricant 221 is 11 to the exit-side side surface 20 of the forming die 2, that is, when it is transported inside the vulcanizing tube 3, it is heated by the heat inside the vulcanizing tube 3, so the appropriately heated lubricant 221 is transferred to the side surface 20. It can be ejected into twenty grooves 12.

Therefore, the side surface 20 can be kept wet with the appropriately heated lubricant 221 at all times. The heating temperature of the lubricant 221 can be controlled by controlling the time required for the lubricant 221 to pass through the vulcanization tube 3.
This becomes possible by controlling the length of the supply pipe 11' within the interior.

Now, according to this embodiment configured in this manner, the lubricant 221 is injected onto the exit-side side surface 20 of the forming die 2 using the lubricant supply device 22, so that the side surface 20 is constantly moistened with the lubricant 221. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the aforementioned die scum from adhering to the side surface 201, and therefore, there is no possibility that a lump of die scum will be formed on the side surface 20 of the forming die 2 as in the case of a secondary mold.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the lubricant 221 is
Since the structure is such that the heat is appropriately heated using internal heat and then injected into the molding die 2, there is no risk of lowering the temperature of the molding die 2, and therefore the extrusion material 6 is There is no fear that it will impede the flow.

As described above, the present invention can eliminate the problems associated with the generation of die scum in conventional molding machines of this type, and its practical value is extremely large.
