より回転方向の切替が可能なように配線されたモータお
よび上記モータの回転軸に減速機およびクラッチを介し
て連結されたスパナヘッドをハンドル付フレームに装着
してなり、上記クラッチは上記スパナヘッドの回転トル
クが過大になったときスパナヘッドとモータとの連結を
遮断する機能を有するものであることを特徴とする電動
