For example, it is common practice to place car bodies on a hanger for bonding processing suspended by an overhead conveyor and immerse them in a processing container. There is a problem that the car body lifts up from the hanger due to resistance, and especially in the decoating coating process using the hanger energization method, there are drawbacks such as the generation of sparks due to the lifting up and the subsequent sinking of the car body. This is also considered a problem from a safety standpoint.

As a conventional countermeasure against floating, the doors of the car body are set in a half-open state before the car body is immersed in the treatment bath, and as the car body is immersed, the treatment liquid is poured into the car body. Methods such as allowing the flow to flow in or, in conjunction with this method, limiting the moving speed of the overhead conveyor during bonding have been used, but in the former, there is a limit to the speed of flow for processing purposes, and in the latter, Since even the speed of the conveyor in the process is limited, improvements in this are strongly desired.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks and problems, and to be easily applicable to a wide variety of production lines, and to be able to flexibly deal with misalignment, etc. The object of the present invention is to provide a hanger equipped with a lifting prevention means that does not cause any damage to the exterior of the vehicle body.
The feature is that in the hanger for bond processing, the object to be processed is placed on a pedestal and immersed in the process, and the heavy stirrup is suspended over a predetermined part of the object via a bendable support member. However, in the hanger for immersion processing, the length of the support section is set so that the weight and the predetermined portion can come into contact with each other or engage with each other through a slight gap.

Reference numeral 13 denotes a bendable wire that connects the lower end of the rigid support member 10 and the car weight 12 suspended by the chain 11, and prevents the swing of the car weight 12 when the car body A is mounted on the hanger 6 for immersion groove treatment. Multiple pieces are provided to prevent this. Wheel spindle 12
is made of a material with a high specific gravity, such as cast iron, and has an inner shape corresponding to the projection A4 of the front floor A3 of the vehicle body A, and as shown in FIG. 3, which is a view taken along the line mm in FIG. Grooves 12a are provided in a grid pattern.

When the car body A is soaked in this groove 12a, even when the gap between the inner surface of the weight 12 and the projection part 4 on the front floor is minute, the processing part can go around the surface of the projection part A4. It was formed like this. Further, the weight of the weight 12 is approximately 70 to 80k9 in this embodiment, and the setting of this weight will be described later. Next, the operation will be explained based on the above structure.

When the car body A is placed in a bush or the lid F is raised, a debt processing hanger 6 is waiting with a pair of hanger arms 8 opened just above the car body A, and the car body A opens as it rises. At the same time, a weight 12 suspended from the rigid support member 10'
passes through the front window A5 of the vehicle body A and comes into engagement with the protrusion A4 of the front floor A3. Therefore, it does not come into contact with the outer skin of the vehicle body at all. It also flexibly responds to misalignment of the vehicle body. When the lifter rises to the upper limit position, the height of the lower end surface of the front side member A of the vehicle body A rises to the lever T, and the weight 12 is pushed up while being engaged with the protrusion public 4, so that the chain 11 and wire 13
becomes bent and sagging. Next, each pair of hanger arms 8, which have been in the open state until now, close and the lifter descends by a predetermined height, and when the height of the front side member A is at level B, the hanger arms of the vehicle body A are It will be placed on the pedestal 9 of 8.

At this time, the bent chain 11 and wire 13 are stretched straight, and the lower surface of the wheel weight 12 in FIG. 2 is engaged with the surface of the protrusion 4 with a slight gap. Set the length of the chain 11. If the car body A tries to float in the treatment bath, the car bell 12 immediately comes into contact with the protrusion A4 to prevent the car body A from floating. In addition, when the treatment bath is used for degreasing, pretreatment (phosphate chemical conversion), washing water bath, etc., it is important to provide a slight gap as described above so that the treatment bath does not come in contact with the rear surface. It is preferable because it allows Next, the weight setting of the vehicle weight 12 will be explained.

For example, a conventional hanger (4-point support type) weighs about 2
With a 50k9 car body loaded, the conveyor approach angle to the processing compartment is 20o, the conveyor speed (v) is 65 skins/min, and 7.
A weight (Wk9) that is loaded to prevent floating inside the vehicle body when it is immersed in a treatment grade (specific gravity 1.0) under the condition of 0 m/min, and a cradle for the hanger of the vehicle body during immersion. When we investigated the relationship between the lifting amount L (side) from the surface, we obtained the results shown in the following table. Therefore, based on this result, the weight of the bell should be 7
If it is set to 0k9, the amount of lift of the vehicle body can be reduced to zero. In addition, when the above embodiment is used for anionic electrodeposition coating, it is necessary to insert an insulator in the hanger frame to prevent current from flowing to the conveyor side, and also to prevent current from flowing to the conveyor side. It is also possible to provide a conductor and connect the conductor to a bus bar connected to the negative terminal of a DC power source for lightning coating, for example, via a coated conductor attached to the hanger, the side of the current collector, etc.

In either case, when energizing the processing object and the object to be coated, it is preferable to set the length of the chain 11 so that the bell comes into contact with a predetermined part of the object, and also This twill surface must be made of insulating material. Thereby, it can be commonly applied to the shapes and dimensions of vehicle bodies that differ depending on the vehicle type. As described in detail above, according to the present invention, in a hanger for dipping treatment in which a workpiece is placed on a pedestal and immersed in the process, a bendable support member is provided on a predetermined portion of the workpiece. A weight is suspended through the support member, and the length of the support member is set so that the weight and the predetermined portion can be engaged with each other through a slight gap. The predetermined areas are also subjected to treatment (for example, formation of a phosphate chemical film, water washing treatment, mist coating treatment), and the vehicle body is reliably prevented from floating due to buoyancy when immersed in the vehicle. For example, it is possible to reliably prevent the generation of sparks due to lifting of the car body in the energized tank type coating process, and furthermore, the speed of the conveyor can be increased without worrying about lifting of the car body.

Furthermore, it has the remarkable effect of being able to process multiple car models on the same line, flexibly responding to misalignment of car bodies, and since it holds down the car body floor, there is no risk of damaging the exterior. It is something that you have.
