Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■ シリンダ本体１に装着されたピストン２とピストン
ロッド４とのうち、前記ピストン２にナツト体１６がそ
の軸芯方向をピストン２の運動方向と平行にする状態で
固定されており、このナツト体１６に螺合する螺軸６が
前記シリンダ本体１に対して回転自在でかつ、摺動規制
状態に装着されているとともに、前記シリンダ本体１に
対するピストン２の摺接移動量を検出する検出器１２及
び前記螺軸６に制動力を付与可能なブレーキ７が設けら
れている流体圧シリンダの作動制御装置であって、前記
ピストンロッド４に圧接され、かつ、この圧接状態での
ピストンロッド４の摺動に伴って回転する摩擦回転体９
が設けられ、この摩擦回転体９に前記検出器１２が直結
連動されている流体圧シリンダの作動制御装置。 ■ 前記検出器１２がパルスエンコータゝである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第０項に記載の流体圧シリンダの作動
制御装置。
