    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 粒界絶縁層形半導体コンデンサ磁器ブロックの対向する
    両側面のうちの一方の側面から他方の側面近傍に延びる
    １以上の第１の溝を形成し、この第１の溝面から前記一
    方の側面にわたって第１の電極を設け、前記他方の側面
    から前記一方の側面近傍に延びると共に前記第１の溝に
    対向する１以上の第２の溝を形成し、この第２の溝面か
    ら前記他方の側面にわたって第２の電極を設けたチップ
    コンデンサ。
