By the way, as mentioned above, these circulating warrior withdrawal devices have been installed not only inside banks and step-in corners, but also outside financial institutions such as department stores and supermarkets, but due to their complicated functions. Due to the high packing density inside the machine and the lack of space, a storage area will be provided inside the machine for deposited banknotes that are dirty, smeared, folded, or unsuitable for withdrawal, such as old banknotes from the political era. Therefore, in the conventional system, incoming banknotes are deposited as they are, regardless of whether they are appropriate or not, and when withdrawing banknotes, unsuitable banknotes are removed and stored in a small box. . This has caused problems such as a shortage of deposited banknotes. There is also a known method of storing banknotes unsuitable for withdrawal in a 5,000 yen bill accumulation/takeout section that is not generally used for withdrawal, but this method poses a problem when 5,000 yen bills need to be withdrawn. There were drawbacks.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and without increasing the size of the device, it is possible to carefully inspect and load banknotes that have been determined to be special deposit or withdrawal banknotes, separate from the banknote accumulation/removal unit for each denomination. To provide a banknote storage system for a circulation warrior dispensing device which can be stored in a banknote accumulation/takeout part, prevents a decrease in the storage capacity of deposited banknotes, and does not pose any problem even when it is necessary to withdraw 5,000 yen banknotes. With the goal.

and an inspection section that discriminates the denomination, etc., and based on the results of the discrimination by the inspection section, the deposited banknotes are placed in the denomination-based bill accumulation/takeout section, and banknotes that are not suitable for withdrawal are inspected and loaded. The structure is such that the banknotes are stored in the banknote accumulation/takeout section. In other words, if there are banknotes that are unsuitable for withdrawal, such as dirt, smudges, or old banknotes from the political era, among the banknotes deposited,
The inspection department distinguishes the banknotes that are not suitable for withdrawal, and the banknotes that are not suitable for withdrawal are inspected and stored in the banknote accumulation/removal section for loading, which collects and takes out banknotes that are appropriate for withdrawal by denomination. It is possible to make full use of the storage capacity of the banknotes without putting the inappropriate banknotes in the banknotes, and it is also possible to withdraw money from the 5,000 yen denomination banknote accumulation/removal unit without any trouble if necessary.

Therefore, in one of the denomination banknote accumulation/takeout sections 16, 17, and 18,
5, the arrangement of IOK is the inspection section 2 of banknotes P from each section.
3, in the order of the closest banknote collection/transport path to banknotes 3, i.e., the banknote accumulation/removal section 18 in the upper tier is used for 10, which handles the largest number of banknotes, then the banknote accumulation/removal unit 17 in the middle tier is used for 1, and then the banknote accumulation/removal unit 17 in the lower tier is used for banknote stacking/removal section 10. By setting the withdrawal section 16 to 5 for not withdrawing money, it is possible to shorten the transaction time for withdrawing banknotes by a customer or the like. The arrangement of each denomination above is for maintenance from the rear side, and in the case of front side maintenance described later, the denominations are arranged in order from the top: <5K>, (

Withdrawal banknotes P fed into the banknote receiving and discharging mechanism 17 inside
When a customer forgets to take out the banknotes, in other words, there are some customers who come to withdraw cash, only take out their card or passbook and slip and leave after completing the transaction.
The banknotes are immediately sent from the inside of the banknote take-in/discharge mechanism 14 to the collection warehouse 26 located below by the take-in operation of the banknote take-in/discharge mechanism 14, where they are stored. The same applies to the case where the customer forgets to remove the returned banknotes P which are rejected at the time of deposit as described in FIG. Collected in the collection warehouse 26.

By the way, FIG. 8 above shows the automatic inspection operation in rear mode R (when maintenance is performed by an attendant from the rear side of the unit 2), and shows the banknote accumulation/takeout section 16 for each denomination in the upper, middle, and lower rows of the front side. All the banknotes P in each banknote storage cassette 15 in 17 and 18 are sent out one by one and are inspected and counted in the inspection section 23, while the rear side is examined and concentrated on the banknote storage cassette 15 in the banknote accumulation/takeout section 19 for loading. and then transferred. At this time, the banknotes P rejected by the inspection section 23 are set in the reject banknote storage section 27B on the lower rear side or accumulated in the reject banknote storage cassette 15A. By doing this, all the banknotes P in the deposit/withdrawal device main body 12 of the machine 2 can be concentrated on the rear side, so that the staff member can open the rear door 2a from the rear side of the machine 2 and remove the banknotes in the banknote accumulation/takeout section 19. In addition, FIG. 9 above shows the flow of banknotes P in the automatic inspection operation in the front mode (when the staff performs maintenance from the front side of the machine 2), and in this case, the transaction of the circulation warrior dispensing device 1 is shown. It will be possible to automatically scrutinize 10,000 yen and 1,000 yen bills, which account for the majority of the total, while 5,000 yen bills will be counted manually. That is, here, unlike in the rear mode described above, the front upper banknote stacking and taking out part 18, which is closest to the banknote taking out conveyance path to the inspection part 23, is used for (5K) and also for scrutiny.
The banknote accumulation/takeout unit 17 on the middle stage is set to be used for (10K), the banknote accumulation/takeout unit 16 on the lower stage is set to be used for (1K), and the banknote accumulation/takeout unit 19 on the rear side is set to be used for (1K). Do not use it as it will be inaccessible due to being installed next to a wall etc. However, when automatically inspecting (10
10,000 yen banknotes P and 1,000 yen banknotes P are sent out one by one from the banknote storage cassette 15 of the banknote accumulation/takeout unit 17.16 for banknotes K) and (1K), and passed through the inspection unit 23 for inspection and counting. At the same time, the banknotes are concentratedly transferred to the banknote storage cassette 15 of the upper banknote accumulation/takeout section 18.

The banknotes P that are sent out one after another from the (1K) banknote stacking and discharging section 17.16 collide with the banknotes P that are passing through the inspection section 23 and entering the upper banknote stacking and discharging section 18 in advance. This allows for smooth automatic inspection without any problems. For example, if the middle banknote stacking and taking out section 17 is used for inspection and the top banknote stacking and taking out part 18 is used for (IOK), then the upper banknotes P that are about to enter the middle banknote stacking and taking out part 17 through the inspection section 23 are and lower banknote accumulation/takeout section 16°18
The trailing banknotes P sent out from the inspection unit 23 will collide with each other.
3 and then detouring to the reversing section 25 side, which is complicated and troublesome. Note that the 5,000 yen banknotes P in the (5K) banknote accumulation/removal unit 18 were manually counted by taking out the banknote storage cassette 15.
It is also possible to automatically scrutinize the banknotes in the same way as other denominations by transferring them to the rear banknote stacking and taking out part 19 in advance for inspection and then returning them to the original banknote stacking and taking out part 18 at the time of main inspection. .

First, Fig. 10 shows the automatic loading operation in the rear mode, in which an attendant opens the post-loading door 2a from the rear side of the machine body 2 and stores the replenishment banknotes (10,000 yen and 1,000 yen banknotes) P in the banknote storage. When the cassette 15 is inserted into the loading banknote accumulation/takeout section 19 on the rear side, the supplementary banknotes P in the banknote storage cassette 5 are automatically fed out one by one and passed through the inspection section 23 for denomination discrimination, etc. While being inspected and counted, each denomination is divided into 10 predetermined numbers.
The banknotes are distributed and stored in each banknote storage cassette 15 of the banknote accumulation/takeout section 17, 18 of the IK. In general, this type of circulation warrior dispensing device 1 only dispenses 10,000 yen banknotes P and 1,000 yen banknotes P.
It is not necessary to load the 5,000 yen bill P into the 5,000 yen bill P.
If you also wish to withdraw money, it is also possible to automatically load the 5,000 yen banknote P into the banknote accumulation/removal unit 16 in the same manner as described above.

With this, the supplementary banknotes P in the banknote storage cassette 15 are automatically sent out one by one, passed through the inspection section 23, inspected to determine the denomination, etc., and counted, and sorted into each denomination.
10,000 yen banknotes P are stored in the (10K) banknote stacking and taking out section 17 in the middle row.
, 1,000 yen banknotes P are stored in the banknote stacking/removal section 1 for the lower row (1K).
6 will be distributed and stored respectively. Since 5,000 yen bills P will not be withdrawn, there is no need to load them, but if you wish to withdraw them, use the bill storage cassette 15 in which 5,000 yen bills P are manually counted and stored from the front side for loading. It is sufficient to directly set the banknotes in the upper banknote stacking/removing section 18. Further, in this front mode, the bill storage cassette 15 of one bill accumulation/takeout section on the rear side cannot be accessed and is therefore not used. Further, the banknotes P which are rejected by the inspection section 23 during the automatic loading operation are set in the lower part' front side eject banknote storage section 27A or stored in the eject banknote storage cassette 15A. With this, maintenance such as loading supplementary banknotes and storing and removing rejected banknotes can all be performed from the front side of the machine body 2.

As described above, the present invention is a banknote circulation type depositing and dispensing device that uses banknotes received as deposits for withdrawal. It has a banknote stacking/extraction unit for loading and unloading, which allows an attendant to insert and remove banknotes, and an inspection unit that determines the authenticity, denomination, etc. of deposited banknotes. Based on the determination results, the banknotes for withdrawal are stored in the denomination-based banknote accumulation/takeout section, and the banknotes inappropriate for withdrawal are stored in the inspection/loading banknote accumulation/takeout section, respectively.
If there are banknotes that are unsuitable for withdrawal, such as dirt, smudges, folds, or IE Volume 1 during the political era, the inspection department will identify the banknotes that are deposited, and the banknotes that are unsuitable for withdrawal will be used normally. This makes it possible to maximize the storage capacity of banknotes that are suitable for withdrawal without putting the inappropriate banknotes into the banknote accumulation and takeout section for different denominations. It is very simple and can be used to withdraw money from the 5,000 yen denomination banknote accumulation/takeout section without any problems as needed, and the device can be made more compact, which has great utility value.
