第１図に示す従来の電気ヒーターの様に、アルミ等の基
板Ａに埋設されるシーズヒーターの様な発熱体Ｂとそれ
を制御するサーモスイッチの如き感温部材りとから成る
電気ヒーターにあっては、アルミ等の基板Ａが熱伝導に
優れる為発熱体Ｂの熱が伝わり易く有利であるが、発熱
体を埋設する事や感温部材りのネジＥによる取付けに際
し確実な取付けの為感温部材りの取付部Ｃが比較的肉厚
である事が要求される事から基板Ａが肉厚となり発熱体
Ｂの熱が感温部材りに直接床わり易く基板Ａ上に載置さ
れる鍋Ｆの温度感知が不正確となり勝ちとなり調理に不
