運転させて必要部品を前記物品取り出し作業位置に呼び
出すと共に、呼び出された部品について前記演算処理に
より得られた総個数を表示せしめ、当該必要部品の取り
出し作業完了操作により、次の部品の呼び出しと当該部
品についての前記表示とを行わせることを特徴とする。

品個数×製品組立個数)となるように受け皿11上の物
品量を調整する。勿論、残った物品は元の収納部6に戻
しておく。

所定数組み立てるのに必要な部品の全てが収集せしめら
れたならば、次の種類の製品について入力されている出
庫データに基づいて上記と同様にピンキング作業を行う
ことが出来る。

いる杖況からのオーダーピアキング作業を能率良くしか
も正確に行うことが出来るのである。

置に呼び出すと共に単位重量を前記電子秤に入力せしめ
る、移動棚からの小物品ピンキングシステム。 ■移動棚に於ける品種毎の部品収納位置、組立製品の種
類毎の必要部品及び各部品毎の或・要個数をコンピュー
ターに於いて記憶せしめておき、前記移動棚の物品取り
出し作業位置の近傍には電子秤を設置し、出庫作業に際
して入力された組立製品の種類とその組立数から、必要
な全部品の品種と各部品毎の必要総個数を前記記憶情報
から演算せしめると共に、各部品の収納位置を検索せし
め、この検索結果に基づいて前記移動棚を自動運転させ
て必要部品を前記物品取り出し作業位置に呼び出すと共
に、呼び出された部品について前記演算処理により得ら
れた総個数を表示せしめ、当該必要部品の取り出し作業
完了操作により、次の部品の呼び出しと当該部品につい
ての前記表示とを行わせる、移動棚からの小物品ピンキ
ングシステム。
