[Detailed description of the invention] The insulating tape of this invention is used when attaching a synthetic rubber sheet to a concrete base slab in the sheet waterproofing method using synthetic polymer roofing on the roof of a building. By partially insulating the space between the base slab and the leather rubber sheet, it is used as a passageway for venting and discharging the air contained therein or the water vapor generated from the moisture contained in the base slab.

A peeling coating layer 2 is provided on the surface of a crepe-like kraft paper tape 1 with a creped surface to ensure insulation, and the thickness is 112 to 1/41 f1M with respect to the full width of the back side of the tape.
A synthetic leather rubber adhesive layer 3 is provided, which makes it easy to attach the kraft paper tape 1 to the base slab, and the unevenness of the crepe and the adhesive layer on the back side are not provided as insulation spaces. This relates to an insulating tape that is insulated at certain points and has the feature of drawing out trapped air and water vapor.

The surface of the base concrete slab of a building is extremely uneven, so when a synthetic rubber sheet is directly attached, air is inevitably trapped between the base slab and the synthetic rubber sheet.

In addition, there is excess moisture in the concrete base slab compared to the moisture required for crystal hardening of Portland cement, and moisture content in the base slab due to absorption and permeation of water vapor by domestic water from indoors is avoided. I can't.

Conventionally, when a waterproof coating layer is formed on the roof of a building, etc.
Due to the presence of the air contained therein, water vapor caused by moisture, etc., the radiant heat of the sun rays causes the air to expand and the water vapor to expand, causing the waterproof coating layer to bulge.

The blistering phenomenon not only has an unsightly appearance, but also has the disadvantage that the waterproof layer is elongated due to the blistering and is exposed to ultraviolet rays and ozone, accelerating deterioration of the waterproof layer.

To explain a specific example using the insulating tape of the present invention, after applying an adhesive primer to the concrete base slab surface of a flat roof of a building and drying it, the adhesive layer 3 on the back side of the insulating tape of this invention is used to After pasting it on the base slab in a crosswise direction, a waterproof coating layer using synthetic rubber sheet waterproofing is constructed.

The insulating tape is made of crepe-like kraft paper and has crepe-like wrinkles on its surface, so it has the function of securing minute gaps for gas to flow out.

Furthermore, a synthetic rubber adhesive layer 3 for pasting the insulating tape is installed on 1/2~ll4s of the tape, and other margins, that is, a space of 1/2~3/lp= of the tape width. Therefore, it has the feature that the insulation effect and the gas derivation effect are sufficiently ensured.

Figure 2 shows the state in which the insulating tape of the present invention is attached to a concrete base slab and a waterproof layer is formed thereon. A synthetic rubber sheet made of synthetic polymer roofing is adhered to the concrete base slab 4 on which the insulating tape 5 is pasted, with insulating tape 6 pasted across the vertical axis at intervals of ~2. It is a waterproof layer.

As mentioned above, when constructing the waterproof layer 6 on the flat roof of a building using the synthetic leather comb sheet specified for synthetic polymer roofing, the insulating tape 5 of the present invention is placed vertically and horizontally at intervals of 0.5 to 2 rrL. A waterproof layer 6 of synthetic leather comb sheet is formed on the base slab surface, and the terminal of the insulating tape 5 is led out to the outside world, and the waterproofing work is connected to a waterproof rain cover device (not shown). After two years of observation, no blistering phenomenon occurred in the waterproof layer 6, so it was confirmed that the effect of partially insulating the intermediate portion between the base slab 4 and the waterproof layer 6 with the insulating tape 5 was sufficient.
