  1. 一対の駆動端子と一対の出力端子とを有する半導体スト
    レンゲージで構成されたブリッジ回路と、前記駆動端子
    間に接続された前記ブリッジ回路を駆動する定電流電源
    と、前記駆動端子間に接続された前記ブリッジ回路の感
    度の温度補償用固定抵抗器とからなることを特徴とする
    歪み測定装置。
