Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled apparatus capable of simply obtaining the locating precision and further capable of dissolving the irregularity of printing density, by a method wherein the plate spring fixing surface of a support body is inclined to a yoke surface by a specific angle and the other end of the plate spring is fixed by inclining it to the yoke surface. CONSTITUTION:In the spring charged dot impact printing head in which an attracting mechanism part is composed of a magnet 2, a yoke 1 and a demagnetizing coil 4, one end of the plate spring 5 having a printing hammer 6 being attracted to the surface of the yoke 1 by the magnetic force of a magnet 2, the other end the part of the plate spring 5 being supported with a support body 3 at a position by a specific distance apart from the surface of yoke 1, and when current flows in the demagnetizing coil 4, one end of the plate spring 5 is released and the printing hammer 6 prints by impact with distortion energy, the titled apparatus is so constructed that the plate spring fixing surface 3a of support body 3 is inclined and the top end is attracted almost perpendicular to the yoke surface 1b.

ク1,1に挾まれている。ヨークの櫛状先端部1b、 
1b・・・に印字ハンマ6.6・・・の付いた板バネ5
,5・・・の上端が吸引(吸着)される。板バネ5は下
端が共通の基板8で一体に接続され、基板8がコの字型
の支持体3の一端3aに押え板7と固定ネジ10を介し
て固定される。永久磁石2は2枚のヨーク1,1に挾ま
れ、前記ヨークの櫛状部先端を残して支持体3の一端の
内部に封入されて固定されている。この際、より大きい
吸引力を得るため、板バネ5,5・・・がヨーク櫛状部
先端の吸引面1bに吸着された時に、前記板バネ5の上
端面と前記ヨーク1の吸引面1bが平行となるようにヨ
ーク1は第2図のように傾斜して封入されてぃる。

印字濃度むらを生じてしまう。
