Claims (1)
ランプの光でオゾンを発生させ、このオゾンの分解によ
り生成される発生基の酸素により被洗浄体の表面に付着
する有機汚染物な答を分解して洗浄する紫外線洗浄装置
であって、波長が約2001m以上の紫外線のみを透過
させるオゾンレ゛ ス石英管を前記紫外線ランプより発
生する紫外線か照射される部位に配設し、循環ファンに
より吸引された洗浄室内の空気を前記オゾンレス石英管
に通してオゾンを分解し、その空気を装置内で循環利用
するとともにその一部を排出することを特徴とする紫外
